While the food and drinks are usually good here, they are pretty pricey at $8 for a bowl of soup and $13 for a sandwich. Unfortunately, have had issues getting what I've ordered on my past 3 visits. I've had to call on all 3 occasions and Kylie, one of the supervisors/managers, has tried to make it right by sending a coupon/voucher or by offering a partial refund. This last (3rd occasion) order she actually had someone deliver the soups they forgot to include to our home and gave us a couple of cookies for the issue. That was so immensely kind of her, and so greatly appreciated, as I was miserably sick. My son and spouse enjoyed the cookies, so thank you! While I really do appreciate Kylie's efforts in trying to right the wrongs, the inability to get what you've ordered and paid for on multiple visits is very frustrating. The staff should be making sure these orders are correct before they bag them up and send them out the door or window. Management needs to seriously address this because it's happening far too often...every single one of the last 3 consecutive visits for me...so based on me being just one person with that many bad experiences in a row, the statistics tell me it's got to be quite negatively impacting the store's revenue. If it weren't for all of Kylie's efforts in trying to make things right, I'd be leaving a 1-star review. The food is good. I just wish I could have an experience that didn't result in having to speak to a manager to get the items that I ordered and paid for. That's not good for the customer, which makes it even worse for the business. My suggestion would be to implement a checkoff system where you actually physically check off the ticket items as they're placed in the bag. It may take a bit more time and effort, but it will save a bundle in lost revenue if this small task is actually done,...
