Casey's — Restaurant in Altoona

I have not gone into this Casey's yet. I have ordered online a couple times since I have moved to Altoona. They haven't messed up my order yet. I see all these reviews from a while back it seems, complaining about them messing up everyone's order or it running late. This has not been my personal experience. Granted, Doordash is who makes the delivery, not Casey's, so any lateness on delivery could be the driver's responsibility...but again, I have not had this issue. I actually came on here to post and rave about their Kings Hawaiian Brisket Sandwich I just order and demolished half of immediately! I have been searching for a good BBQ brisket sandwich for weeks now...I have been to Smokey D's, Jethro's, etc...trying to get a familiar good tasting BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich. Who'd have thought, the best tasting brisket sandwich in the greater DSM area, would be Casey's? Thank you, I now have a go to for my taste of home (Texas)!

EDIT** Aug 2023 - Ordered my brisket sandwich and added jalapenos for 50 cents. It did not come with the jalapenos. Hungry enough to just eat it. Tried calling, been listening to hold music for 15 minutes now. Hanging up and just letting you know on...

Don't order pizza here. I've waited 30 minutes after it said it was done. I've also got the wrong stuff only to be told I'll get a coupon that way I can get it whenever I wanted. Today I went in to get breadsticks they forgot and he wasn't even making them yet. I told him who I was and he finally started making breadsticks. When the breadsticks were done he put them with another order and said mine were on the way. Now I'm eating cold pizza with hot breadsticks I had to drive across town to get. It wouldn't bother me if it was the first time I had an issue. This is the third time in a row there was an issue with my order. Oh and if you go in for just a slice you're going to be disappointed. The warmer is...

They can't cook a pizza all the way. Usually shows up with the dough still raw. I instruct them to not cut it so I can finish cooking the pizza they aren't capable of cooking themselves. Not only do they mess not cutting it up, but then tell me I have to go to the store to fix their mess up. Which is actually 2 mess ups, because the pizza isn't cooked all the way. Never ordering from here again. Terrible cooks, and terrible service. I'm a kitchen manager. I'd fire these kids that can't cook a pizza too a safe cooking temperature before removing it...
