Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Altoona

Went thru the drive thru on 3.30.25 at 5:45 pm ordered slim 4 and bag of chips and got home and the order was incorrect. I hate this store completely. It's either slow or can't get a order correctly.

This store needs all new management. I had to call and express my personal disgust with the store and my order. I had to get in my vehicle and drive from Prairie Meadows area back to the store to get my order fixed. The girl who waited on me I think is who answered the phone and seemed put off that she had to help me.

She greets me at the window and I said I was the one with the screwed up sandwich and she just looked at me with a small attitude. I felt like telling her, I'm the one who had to get my darn car back out and waste gas to come see you to get a correct sandwich, it is not my fault your darn employees can't seem to do nothing right here. I should have gotten a free sandwich or a store credit for another small sandwich.

I will NEVER come back to this store. They don't care and I personal don't care either except this store lacks customer service and speed. When I gave them the sandwich, her and another girl stood by the register by the drive thru and chatted for a bit acting like I was pulling something...

My husband orders from this location often while I'm at work. There have been multiple times when he has ordered meals (sandwich, chips and drinks) for himself and my daughter and they get to our home with only the sandwiches. They often take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to make 1 or 2 sandwiches and drive them about 7 minutes away from thier location. Last week we ordered for a late lunch assuming it wouldnt take very long since we ordered between normal lunch and dinner hours and our food showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes later and the guy at my door told me that he wasnt even a driver but they had left our whole meal at the store. Now today my husband ordered 1 sandwich for himself. We got the confirmation email at 11:44am (10 minutes after he submited his order) and at 12:31pm his food is still not here. I called the store to find out what is happening and I was told they should be here any minute and now its after 1pm and he still hasn't recieved his food. Completely...

Well that certainly wasn't "Freaky Fast." Pulled up to the window a little before 7:00 on 1/17/24 and ordered at the drive thru. Paid and we waited for nearly 20 minutes. The only ones there. I finally honked my horn and the girl taking orders came back to the window and said "What?" "Still waiting for my food." "The person who makes the sandwiches isn't here. She had to go to the bathroom. It's going to be a while."

I stared at her dumbstruck. Drove around and went into the store and the person who makes the sandwiches finally appeared and made mine, and two other employees came out of the bathroom or from in the back entrance, I'm not sure. I was more dumbfounded than anything about how rude and horrible the service was and how I was treated like an...
