Starbucks — Restaurant in Altoona

THIS!! This is the reason that I have started going someplace other than Starbucks. The service is absolutely horrible. Went in on a Sunday morning thinking I would give Starbucks another shot. Yes I know you have some people waiting for their drinks. But how about you at least attempt to call out what the drink you’re setting on the counter is instead of just letting them stack up and making people (coughing and hacking) go up and search through other people‘s drinks to find their own. Ridiculous. I feel like Starbucks service and or just overall competence at most locations has gone downhill over the course of the last year and a half. I don’t know what happened. This is the second time, I've had issues with this Starbucks. They make your order and set it down and never tell you. 1st time I picked up what I thought was mine and got a really dirty look from on of the staffers. So 2nd time I went they put like 5 drinks on the table, you couldn't tell who's they were, cause they don't ask names. Submitted a mobile order before arriving at the drive thru line. Told them I had a mobile order to pick up and they got sassy with me. I only did it to help, thinking I was doing them a favor that way. Then, at the window they told me to allow the stated time on the mobile order next time. However, I submitted the order at 7:27am and picked it up at the window at 7:38am, and the app said pick up estimated at 7:39, so being a minute early I could do without the attitude.
