Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Altus

I've been giving them a chance trying ti change my opinion but everytime I visit altus Braums I leave sadder than when I came. This store serves drive through first before any lobby customers. My boys (11 and 14) wanted an ice cream when we went to get a gallon of milk. I understand this was at 930pm after a ball game team came to eat. There were at minimum 6 employees walking back and forth from the freezers to the grill and not one of them acknowledged them standing there. We waited a good 10 min without any kind of greeting or otherwise. I've observed one of the managers publicly humiliate an employee in front of a line of customers all over a simple mistake of Rocky road vs chocolate. Their food side is speedy and I like their food. I genuinely believe this store issue is management not employee performance. Every employee seems burned out, nit wanting to be there and the customer service is horrible. I love Braums, I go quit often. I love the people there, especially Jesse he is so cool. I went last night and the girl at the window was very rude,she was a young girl with reddish hair. Didn't catch her name. She shoved my food out the windows to me and almost dropped it on the ground with out even looking at me. Then she handed me my shake and still not saying hi or hello just looking away and I grabbed my shake and she didn't say any thing to me. She acted like a robot. Not impressed. The other people there are always friendly and kind and courteous. The young girl who took my money last night was so enjoyable, she smiled and was talking and told me to have a great day. This place is awesome, but if your going to work people in the community be friendly, leave your grumpy attitude at your house till you get home. Waited at the register to order for 10 minutes or more, then after I ordered a strawberry shortcake the girl put in strawberry sundae and I didn't catch it until they called my number to come get the food and I still had to wait for the shake to be made. When she brought the shake I ask isn't there supposed to be cake in a strawberry shortcake. She said that's a sundae. It's only been a month since my knee surgery and I wasn't going to stand longer to argue about what I ordered. I asume it was the manager ask for my receipt so I went back to the table and then seen where she had put in for the sundae.
