Went to this location tonight and it took them forever to come to the window. They weren’t even busy. Seems like only one employee was working. And the others was just sitting there doing nothing. One employee that was doing nothing just look at the window and walked away. He didn’t even bother to come to the window or even tell his co worker to come to the window. Sat the drive through for a couple minutes before deciding to go in. Drove to the door only to find out it was locked and the employee stated that I need to go to the drive thru. Frustrated I drove back to the drive through which I was sitting at the window again for some time before someone opens the window which is stupid considering they told me to go to the drive thru window and know someone is pulling up. After speaking with the employee telling them I just need to get garlic sauce. The employee told me that I can’t place my order at the window. I would have call or place the order online. I don’t understand why I have to place an order for some sauce that is prepackaged and could’ve been handed to me and I would’ve paid them in cash and leave a tip. I do this with the Nelson location all the time. Far as the store policy on only taking online orders I can some what understand it but the laziness by making a customer wait for no reason when you have 5 people in the store and only one person is working is unacceptable. Your better off driving a couple extra miles to the Nelson location then deal with the unfriendly customer service...
Read moreThis will be the second time I got a rude and disrespectful person from this place trying to get a delivery honestly he was so damn rude I think I might have to take my services elsewhere ....this time it was a male answered the phone with no name after being transfered to the store ...I kept having to repeat my order about 3 times. Had an attitude the whole time after giving him the address he never asked me about the drivers instructions, didn't repeat my order back to me, not only that when I was trying to give him the instructions he hung up in my face....I don't get it do they not get trained to be professional and have good customer service ....I'm so tired of these young kids even adults who act like they have no decency to do their job Right....and by the way everytime I order I never get any dipping sauce with my order after paying for it.... I can say the manager did me good the first time this has happened but honestly how many times are they really going to put up with this and keep having to compensate on their employees behalf?... And I never got my pizza they say they delivered it but I never got it delivered to me and the person who took my order would of known where to deliver it if they would of never hung up in my face or asked me for a call back number ...I'm so fed up I want a full refund.... $30 they owe me for a large meatlovers 2 Marinaras 2 ranches plus delivery fee ....for food Ipaid for...
Read morePut and order in way before close and pulled up 15 minutes before close..after already waiting 20 minutes for my order to be made. I pulled up and they told me to pull around to the front to wait an extra 10 minutes because my food wasnt started. I was told they would bring my food out. Pulled to the front to wait 30 extra minutes and had to pull back to the window because my food was never brought out. The workers walked outside passed me twice and acted like they didn’t have an order to be taken out. I asked if they forgot about me and they didn’t seem to care. I told them how I was waiting 30 minutes outside and they said well we didn’t know where you pulled to. I literally was told to pull to the front and it would be brought out. The man continued to argue like he really didn’t care but to get out of there. I asked for a marinara from a different employee since I was waiting for my food so long and he told me he couldn’t give me anything unless I paid even after the register had been pulled. This is INSANE and terrible customer service! I would give this place no stars if I could. I will not be back to...
