Subway — Restaurant in Amarillo

The two girls that worked "together" on 8/16/23 @ 6:58pm cst were so disrespectful and lazy. We ordered and I was appalled to see them putting freezer burnt veggies in our sandwiches, old tomatoes and when my 15 year old daughter went to ask for more lettuce she was told she would be charged for a 6 inch to get extra lettuce. When my daughter walked away, one girl came out from the back asking what happened and the girl that tried to charge my daughter turned her back away from our view, whispered to the other girl and they both laughed loudly , stared at us and walked to the back. Just witnessed an older gentleman try to go inside at 8:50pm. We parked in front of subway at that time, to go to wingstop next door. That’s when an employee came and locked the door since he thought we were going in there. The older gentleman was knocking on the door and was confused as to why they wouldn’t let him in when they’re supposed to close at nine, and the worst part is, the employees, after making the”we’re closed hand gesture”, went ahead and shut off the lights to really let the would be patron, that they’re not going...

Food was on par for Subway. The kids working the night of 8/7/2022 were helpful and friendly. A previous customer had left the women's restroom a mess, and the employees quickly cleaned it up. They were quick to complete our orders and didn't flinch when we asked if the salad we ordered could be chopped. While we were eating a mother and 12 year old son came in, the son got upset and stormed out knocking the door off its hinges. I was able to fix it for them and the kids were so grateful. They...
