Wow what a joke this place turned out to be. My mom orders 2 wed specials, a drink and 3 cookies. The cost was relatively high, when she asked why..she was sarcastically told because she got a drink and cookies. She asked again because the cost should not be that high. The manager Hugo then presents himself at the window...again says she got cookies and a drink and slammed the drive thru window in her face and walked away. The cashier then returns to the window and she just paid. She then asks for the receipt which Hugo hands her rudely. She asks if he is the manager, he responds "yeah, one of them." She asks his name , which he responds " Hugo, you can see it on the receipt, you can add up your order too!" Then slams the window yet again in her face. When she gets her food, she realizes they rang her up for an extra meal. All of that frustration and lack of customer service for a simple explanation. My 3 yr old son happened to be in the car and comes to tell me the window was slammed in his grandmother's face twice! People like this are the reason I'm so great at my job... customer service is a dying art and ppl simply go out of their way to be rude to others.    Read moreHorrible and rude service. After waiting in drive-thru for over 30 minutes, was told they couldn't find my online order. I showed him my confirmation email. After another 10 minutes, they found my order, but was told they didn't have all my items available and asked if I wanted substitutions. I said no and that I wanted a refund. Was told I had to fill out a request online. He thought he had closed the sliding window all the way as he called for the manager saying, " This rude guy at the window wants his money back!" As he rolled his eyes. Once he noticed the window was still slightly open, he slammed it shut. Manager (Shanise, I think) repeated the same thing about requesting a refund online. I then realized why the man ahead of me had been cussing and left squealing his tires. I finally agreed to the substitute items and the manager also rolled her eyes at me.
