Stepping into Bagel Place was like entering the Shire of bagels – a land of abundance and delight, where the selection of bagels was so amazing, it felt like discovering a hidden Elven kingdom!
I had no idea there were so many choices for the type of bagel. It was as if Gandalf himself had conjured them from Middle-earth’s finest bakeries. From plain and poppy seed to snickerdoodle and chocolate chip, each bagel was a precious ring waiting to be discovered.
The service staff were like the Fellowship, guiding me through the epic quest of bagel selection with wisdom and patience. They helped me navigate the vast array of options, ensuring I found the perfect bagel to rule them all. Their knowledge and enthusiasm were so infectious, it felt like I was on an adventure with Merry and Pippin.
And the taste? Let me tell you, biting into one of their bagels was like tasting the lembas bread of legends – delicious and satisfying, enough to keep a hobbit happy for days. Each bite was a journey through flavor, from the crispy crust to the chewy center, a true culinary masterpiece.
Bagel Place is the One Bagel Shop to rule them all, with a selection so vast and delightful, it would make even Smaug forget his treasure hoard. If you’re looking for a bagel experience that’s more epic than a journey to Mount Doom, this is the place. Just be prepared for the adventure of choosing your perfect bagel!

Read moreLet me preface this complaint by stating I love the bagels, best of anywhere in this town! But as far as customer service, very lacking! I waited behind one car after I had waited for about 5 minutes. I started to notice the time. I waited an additional 12 minutes. The lady had been handed a bag, cream cheese containers and what appeared to be a flat item possibly a big cookie. The elderly woman seemed to be uncertain about her order and kept looking at the window. So after about 20 minutes I backed out and went inside. I was greeted by a young man who had no name tag and he asked if he could help. I said get a better drive thru system. He quipped back”we are not a fast food restaurant”. He didn’t ask how long I waited or why I was upset. Customers near gave him a puzzled look. I understand in today society, it is hard to find good help but I felt he was being rude. Businesses today can’t afford to be negative. I got my items, he didn’t thank me or say anything but my change 5cents. I said I Don’t know if I’ll be back and he said “fine, don’t”. So I called the store after I left and asked for the owner, guess what? It was the rude man who waited on me. Lesson learned the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. If the Owner is sending negative energy his employees are going to pick up on it and act...

8/22/20 downgrading my rating because in spite of being a customer for a few years now you will have 10 people standing up front and not a SINGLE person acknowledge a guest needing help. I walked up to the counter with no less than 4 people standing there everybody carefully making sure to not make eye contact with me until I had to say hello just to get someone to acknowledge me so I could ask about my internet order. Your customer service is seriously lacking lately this is not the first time that it has happened where I had people literally avoiding helping myself or any other customer in the lobby.
then once my order was done even though they had known that I had already been there to check to see if my order was available instead of calling my name like I heard them do other customers mine was left to sit on the counter until I had to return to the counter to see about it again. Not sure what the deal is because I always tip at least 20% but I promise you if I order food in the future I will not be tipping anything until the...
