im a regular at this resteraunt and they are literally overcharging people my order is simple i get two italian cheese breads no marinara but i get extra extra garlic and parm cheese on both of them because i like the flavoring of the garlic and parm cheese on it but i go today and order my usual 2 cheese breads that mind you are 5dollars a piece maybe 6 at max but i dont understand they charge me on my recipt it says 2 custom itialian cheese breads and under that it says whole:extra cheese and then under that it says 2 toppings on the side for 3 dollars mind you there custiom cheese breads both are 13 already and you have to add in the taxs but for 2 cheesebreads because the managment and LC has went down hill it cost me $17.32 for just two cheese breads with a little extra toppings on them i dont mind paying for the extra toppings but i think this location is overcharging people that want extra this regional manager or manager needs to change alot or this location needs a whole new manager because this location is costing the company money and customers because of the uncleanly ness and rudeness of staff i asked the lady that was working the window i said wait how does it come out to $17.32 when the cheesebreads are only 5 something maybe 6 dollars max and she rudely said thats how they told me to ring it up sir but this location needs to change i go to this location because i like the garlic butter and parm cheese on my cheesebread instead of putting itilian seasoning on the bread but honestly i think im gonna go somewhere else until corperate does something about this location because this...
Read moreTraveled to Amarillo on 4/5/24 to spend the weekend with my kids. By the time I got off of work, drove there a got kids picked up, and checked into the hotel it was about 10pm. Went through the drive through on Bell and 34th st. The lady that took my order made it very clear she didn't want to. They were out of this or that, and she didn't offer any solutions or suggestions or tell me what they weren't out of. When we settled on something they did have she asked me if I minded waiting for 25 minutes, and we said that'd be fine. She sounded disappointed with that. I e been to this location and many others multiple times. Normally if they need to make it fresh it's a 15 minute wait or less. We were the only car in the drive through. Paid, and pulled into the spot she told me to. There was a car in the spot beside us, and the driver was at the front door knocking trying to get their attention. It's a solid wall of windows and he stood there for maybe 5 solid minutes waving his arms or knocking. They finally got his food out and he left. We got our food about 20 minutes after we parked, not too bad. Found out they no longer give red peppers for the pizza, sad face. Got home and the pizza was fresh and YUMMO. The cheese sticks were old and so hard they were tough. Like id take a bite, and have to rip it off. You could not even get your front teeth through it, had to tear a bite off. Bad experience, bad food, and bad service. Not what we are used...
Read moreI arrived at roughly 1300 hours. I ordered a calzony. My history with this restaurant is that it's been the best little caesars in Amarillo. That changed today. 2. I dropped off the Calzony with my teenage son and went to work. I get home from work and it's not touched. I said, why didn't you eat? He replied, "There was no dipping marinara!" Why in the hell would you serve a calzony without the sauce??? We gave that cold ish away. $9.60 wasted. 2. I return at 1945 hours to see if they would remake the Calzony hot and fresh and give the sauce. They would but only if I paid for another. They refused to fix their mistake. Instantly lost all respect for management. 3. I ordered another calzony to give them a second chance. I'm waiting on the to cook it and I'm watching them make the food without hair nets and no gloves. 🤮 🤢 Why is basic food handling so difficult???? Why is customer service non existent these days. I'm so done with this restaurant. Never again will I give them my business and you shouldn't...
