Portions were huge so that made up for the cost, but the avocado was completely missing from one salad and barely present on the other salad. Took almost 20 minutes to get our two salads with no modifications when the location was not busy at all. We sat inside and there were several dirty tables. They seemed adequately staffed so the long wait and dirty dining area was a bit puzzling. Cashier was friendly, but the rest of the staff did not engage with customers or even bother to smile. I was pretty sad to get my $18 salad that had 3% items to 97% romaine. I’m not even kidding. I paid $7 for meats that fit into the palm of my hand which is a HUGE problem for me today because I rely on it to settle my blood sugar. There were also several items missing :( pros: salad bowl is a good size. Cons: the salad dressing cups are too flimsy and they spilled into bag, salad leaves were wilted I think the cooler may need to be closed off or add bags of ice on top of a dry paper towel to keep leaves fresh.. otherwise please do better I would love to be able to come back but I have to justify an $18 salad with the bare minimum’s and I still...

Yesterday was my first time eating here. I found out about it from Instagram. It's right across from Starbucks on Coulter. I had a little bit of a hard time finding it. But it was definitely worth it, generous,fresh proportions. Awesome customer service, delicious salads. I wish we had more places ike this. I live in Pampa and will definitely be back when I go to Amarillo. I had the summer salad. The owner came around to see how everyone was doing. I love that because he genuinely wants to make sure.
