Update: After filing a BBB report, I heard back that the BBB was unable to reach this company after "repeated attempts at contacting them". I wish I could give negative stars. This whole 3+ month ordeal has been ridiculous. I paid, I did not receive the food, I gave you my order number, and I still have not been refunded in nearly 4 months
Edit again: It's been just under 3 weeks, and I have not received a refund, or any promise that was made from my edit below on January 22nd. This company has an absolutely ridiculous lack of follow through. Maybe Mark just cared about me updating my review... I ordered my meal on January 19th (see original issue below) and it is now February 9th. What is the hold up? Please just refund my original order at this point... Order number 7171288496717824.
Edit: I received a call addressing the original issue below. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue, and I really appreciate that! I could tell that the individual that gave me the call truly cared about resolving the issue - he cared about providing good service and helping people. Unfortunately, I never got to try the food, as we were passing through the area during a move. However, they did the right thing and provided excellent service in a different way. Thanks, Mark!
I ordered well before their posted closing time. I was charged for the meal and showed up promptly. Upon going through the drive through, no one assisted for 10+ minutes. Finally, I went to the window, and a disgruntled worker told me they were closed. When I told him that I’d ordered online 30 minutes ago, he told me to cancel it. They appeared to be closing an entire hour early. Absolutely abysmal service, and there isn’t even an option to...

I am visiting Amarillo and it was late on a Sunday so options were limited. I ordered from my phone at 9:55pm. I was going to walk but realized it was drive through only after 10 by chance. No big deal. Their website said it’d be ready at 10:15.
I rolled up to the drive through at 10:10 a little early. There was one car in front of me at the order kiosk and I could see another’s brake lights just beyond.
When it was my turn I let the lady know I had an online order she said thanks and just to pull to the window.
That’s when the trouble began. I literally didn’t move for over 25 minutes. Still right there at the order kiosk. I chimed in and asked the issue she said “we’re making orders” I asked another question and was not met with any more answers.
Got some of my food at 10:56.
The lady at the window and the others were yelling at each other and it clearly wasn’t because of the need to be loud in a noise kitchen.
When I finally got some of my food and drinks at 10:56 they closed the window and about 5 minutes later the lady came back and tried to hand me a drink. I told her I already had my drinks I needed the kids meals. She looked at me puzzled. I told her that I was given 2 of my 4 meals. Eventually I got them. I would have just left but I ordered online and they already had my money.
Oh yeah. No forks were given in spite of ordering Macs and Salad. Dipping sauces were wrong for the ones we did get and others missing altogether.
There is one of these by my house and now I’ll never try it...
Read moreIf there's one word I can ascribe to my first experience here, it is "meh". Although it's a nice looking place from the highway, and the interior is spacious and contemporary, the food is just a big bag of okay.
Perhaps I've just been spoiled. Where I live (the Alabama gulf coast) we have a local chain called Foosackly's, and they do chicken tenders and home-made sauces and not much else. They've set such a high bar for quality chicken and dipping sauces that just about everyone else is going to fall short and this place is no exception.
Now, I'll give them credit for having a great selection of dipping sauces -- I tried the garlic parmesan, Korean barbecue, cayenne ranch and honey mustard! -- but the chicken was overcooked, had lot of tough bits that were hard to eat and wasn't juicy at all.
On top of that, the chicken tenders were shockingly small, barely bigger than "nugget size"!
The slim cut fries were good, at least, thanks to a slightly spicy dusting of seasoning. The Texas Toast was Texas Toast and therefore great.
I was also happy to see sweet tea available this far west of the Mississippi River but it was not very strong or sweet, which it not really surprising since this isn't the deep south.
Overall, it was not terrible but I don't think I'd go out of my way to eat here again. I don't know if the area has other chicken-chains like Zaxby's or Raisin' Cane's but either one would probably have better chicken (but...
