Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Amarillo

I order a matcha green tea, they gave me a latte coffee. I’ve told them they gave me wrong order, therefore I asked for the rest of my change back. I usually purchased matcha green tea for $6.02 included tax. This latte coffee was for $6.33 tax included. The lady didn’t even take a look and give me a dime back, which the change isn’t correct at all. The service and attitude is very poorly. No apology, no courtesy what-so ever when the mistaken is on there staff. I’ve always order Starbucks from here when I visit Target, but from now on I will not!!! I can support the business else where. They need to train their staff with better manners/attitude, professional. I am very disappointed at this...

I asked to have my drink made in my own cup I brought (which Starbucks does allow again). The cashier told me the barista would probably just make it in a plastic cup, and I could pour it into my own cup myself. I told her my whole purpose was to avoid wasting a plastic cup… she said nothing. I said I no longer wanted the drink, and was met with silence and a dirty look. We have to stop at Starbucks before shopping. They do a lot with the little bit of space they have to work with. Wish there was seating. Target needs to give them more space. Drinks are always on point. Lose a star because of lack of seating, again not...
