We drove up around 1am, after doordashing. I had ordered four tacos, a Crunchwrap meal, a Gordita box, and a grilled cheese burrito. I had also applied for this store since I’ve worked at the one at coulter before. I had called multiple times throughout the day and everytime, the phone was off. I asked at the window about it and a manager got pissy with me saying she doesn’t talk about applications at the window; btw I am not upset that they don’t talk at the window, I’m upset over her attitude. She then told me to basically give up cause she hasn’t looked at applications and “if she liked it” she’d call me. Upset, I drove off. We get to our apartment down the street and was about to eat. My taco shells were stale. Reminder, I’ve worked there before and know the difference. These had been out too long. My husbands Gordita crunch was smothered in the melted cheese and the shell was also stale. And his burrito was dry and hard. My Crunchwrap is not a CRUNCH wrap cause they made it completely wrong and caused the shell to be soggy. The Pepsis we got taste like the nozzles haven’t been cleaned in a few weeks. And just the overall attitude of every employee felt like they didn’t even want us there and hated their jobs. I get it. I do. But I have never, and I’ve worked management at hotels, treated a guest/customer cause I wasn’t enjoying my environment. I believe that higher ups need to recognize that these employees are not either being treated right, or something else is happening. But I’ve never experienced such an awful situation at a Taco...

So there I was, rolling up to Taco Bell at 11:50 p.m on 12-19-24, craving a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito and maybe some chips and nacho cheese. You know, the usual midnight life decisions that scream "I had better options but chose chaos."
I pull up to the drive-thru, and the employee asks me to hold for a minute. Sure, no problem, I think. Maybe they're busy whipping up my soon-to-be glorious snack. But nope—what followed was a revelation that left me questioning if I had actually stumbled into a Taco Bell or some alternate dimension where tacos no longer exist.
After a brief eternity, of what seemed to be 2-3 minutes the the employee finally comes back and casually drops this bombshell: No beef. No beans. No rice. And, wait for it… no cheese for the chips.
At this point, I’m left wondering: what can you make? Are we doing lettuce wraps and vibes? Tortillas filled with air? Maybe a Baja Blast smoothie bowl? The audacity of it all is almost impressive.
This is the third time this has happened at this location, and I have questions. Are you guys running a secret "ingredient-free menu" experiment? Did a taco ingredient heist go down while I was waiting on hold? Or is this just how y’all run things after 11:30 p.m.?
Taco Bell corporate, I implore you to investigate this rogue outpost. The menu says “Live Más,” but this location is giving “Live Menos.” Do better. Until then, I’ll be stopping somewhere else where they actually have food to serve.

Read moreA little history bout me before I explain the story about the poor management they have. I am a hyperglycemic autistic person who was at Rosa’s Cafe when they stopped serving breakfast at 10:20. I went from Rosas hoping for Taco Bell to have breakfast while I was walking in to see the order menu I was speaking with the manager of Rosas on my phone and while doing so the employee of Taco Bell comes to the counter to tell me that they don’t serve crazy angry cell phone using customers and I replied with they don’t pay my phone bill so she comes around the counter walks out of the store to get an older man in his late 40s/early 50s he comes up to me not leaving me space and up in my face saying that he doesn’t serve the mentally disabled or hateful people that I’m responsible for his actions if I don’t leave the entire staff is completely disrespectful to customers that are trying to maintain their own health especially when they drive a delivery truck and blood sugar levels spiking or dropping could result in a catastrophe or fatal accident where the driver passes out due low or high...
