I placed my order online today for pick up at the American Fork location with no problem, I drove almost 15 miles to pick it up and this location was completely closed up during regular business hours. Front doors locked, I waited and knocked, no one came out. There were 3 other cars waiting too, we were all confused and trying to call or get ahold of someone to give us our orders. The drive through was blocked with buckets, there was a paper on the drive through, it was the schedule, it stated Sunday closes at 6 pm, I was there around 4 pm, It should have been open! I had to get out of my car and walk to the drive through window to knock some more until finally someone opened the window, rudely and without even letting me finish he said they were closed and just left me there! I had to knock again and someone else came, told me they were closed, I explained that I had already placed my order and paid it, he just kept saying they were closed, never offered a solution, he just said to request a refund and come back tomorrow, he said they were short staffed and closed early (I counted at least 5 people in the kitchen) that is NOT ok. He never offered any help whatsoever, never offered to make up for my inconvenience in any way! I asked for him to tell the nearest location to make my order or something but he refused, I asked if he could make it and he made a million excuses. I wasted my time and money going to Popeyes today. The customer service was terrible and I will NOT be coming back to this location. MY POINT IS DO NOT ACCEPT AND CHARGE AN ORDER IF THE PLACE IS CLOSED! Read moreI love Fried chicken and unlike Georgia, Utah has limited locations. I have to drive from Orem up to AF (don't bother trying Lehi they are like always out of half their menu) to get my favorite food joints food. My only issue here is that they always have a drive thru employee with attitude in their tone of voice. We always use the offer on the popeyes app and pulling that up in the terrible data service in AF is a nightmare. We had to drive around the drive thru again because it took too long to pull up. When we are able to get the code working again and we mention it at the drive thru, you can hear a loud sigh through the speaker. I'm sorry if doing your job is an issue but we corrected our issues instead of holding up the line so we wouldn't cause hassle. And she sighs. We pay for our food and we can see the employees just talking back and forth while a different employee took care of our food. Might I mention that while we were waiting, I saw an employee scoop the ice that had fallen out of the ice cooler back into the cooler. I was very disgusted especially after the different employee came and scooped a couple of ice into a cup. It really made me put my Hi-C drink I ordered down. To make a long story short, our order got mixed up (if I hadn't checked my order then and there I wouldn't have noticed till I got him) the manager was able to make up for it which I greatly appreciate. But the two employees chatting in the back doing nothing while all this happened really pushed my buttons. Read moreThis location has NEVER gotten our orders right but we decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE! Went through drive through today. When we got home, we found out that they didn’t give us the strawberry biscuit we ordered and gave us spicy tenders when we ordered the classic. I called and asked if I could get a refund over the phone on the item we didn’t get. No apology from the manager, just got a no and told me I would need to go back to either get the biscuit or the refund. I got irritated because I needed to drive 15-20 mins back for their mistake! So after I said I would be back, I hung up on the manager, which is a bit rude of me but I was frustrated. Brought the tenders back with me. When I went back in, I waited in line for my turn and I saw the manager staring at me and giving me looks, multiple times. Apparently, she knew it was me on the phone. When it was my turn, I explained to her what was going on, still no apology. Just went on and said they can either give me the nuggets or refund me on the classic tenders. I told her to just give me the nuggets since I’ve got 2 kids waiting at home to be fed. When she gave me the food, she just said “there you go”, still no apology. At this point, I’ve had enough! I told her “no apology for the mistakes that you made?” (She, the manager was the one taking our orders) She finally said “oh sorry, that’s why I gave you 2 biscuits.” ???????? I don’t want your extra biscuit! I just want my orders to be right so I don’t have to drive back for your freaking mistakes!
