I honestly don’t think this store should even get a one star I went here at 7:56pm to get my family pizza for dinner and was completely disrespected by both employees that was working here not only was the disrespect uncalled for but my pizzas was not properly made and now everyone in my home is sick I will never go to this store and I advise everyone else to stay clear from this store it’s not worth it there is better Casey’s in Ames

This place really needs a GM or someone who actually cares. Got chicken tenders and I personally ate 2 tenders. Then I get home and cut one open for my daughter(4 years old) and it’s RAW in the middle. REALLY CAESYS. I really hope my daughter don’t get sick from this. This is absolutely not okay!

I stopped in to grab a phone charger and as I walked in I ask how late they were open and a worker rudely turned around and stated very mean “in 25 minutes “. I then bought a charger which I ended up grabbing the wrong one due to them being mixed up after I had already paid I noticed it and went back in a grabbed the right one as the same employee that was just very rude and mean thought she get even nastier with me and couldn’t figure out 22.99-19.99. She then took off her hat and threw it and then ripped off her purse from around her neck and also threw it. And started cursing about the situation. I will never be back to this store and neither should she be allowed to work around people as I apologized when I noticed the mix up and she still was very...

This is consistently the worst Casey's I have ever been to. The floor is usually dirty, they run out of drinks on tap VERY often. The thing that made me decide to write a review was last week when I went in to get Diet Coke and they didn't have any medium cups available. I asked for help, I was told "You need to check in the cabinet underneath the dispenser." Customers are responsible for stocking the supplies? I have tried to order pizza online several times and have NEVER had the call answered. So, I will continue to drive to the Stange store, where I can get help, walk on a clean floor and not have to stock the supplies. It is worth the...

Ray, is the girl that helped me when I called in was an order that I did online that wasn't right. Not only did she give me one but two of the things that were mistaken. Her customer service and concern with correcting their mistake holy cow amazing! I have never ever had customer service the way that I got in this store today. I thank you so much! I am a district trainer for retail merchandising company so I completely understand mistakes happen we are human it is not your fault it's not mine it's a mistake people don't understand that I get it.
