Smoke Stop — Local services in Ames

I purchased a scale earlier today because I spilt water on mine last night and it wasn’t working. I asked the cashier for the receipt in case I got home and my scale worked, which of course it did. When trying to return the scale I was directed to a small sign on the counter that says all sales are final. I understand policy and especially how pipes and such would be non returnable, but an un-opened scale? The cashier implied that I could return it based off our brief conversation, it is possible I my have inferred this. I just wish that it was much more clearly told to customers your policy. I don’t want the employee to get in any trouble they were great! I just hope that in the future it is made more clear...

I went in knowing just about nothing about vaping and the friendly staff helped me pick out products and get started. Much better customer service than Ames Smoke Shop (don't confuse the two, Smoke Stop is much better!)
