Arby's — Restaurant in Amherst

Open late which is great. Long drive thru line but usually worth the wait. Expensive so you want to save those coupons you get in the mail. Ordered two chicken bacon ranch and swiss meals and 2 roast beef sandwiches with cheddar cheese that I mistakenly ordered wrong( came with tomatoes and lettuce on them, yuk) that was easy to pick off and my fault, I haven't eaten there in a while. But what did disappoint me is the chicken sandwiches. The meals were $13+ a peice and they forget to put the swiss and bacon on...just a chicken with shredded lettuce and I dunno if it was ranch or mayo that the lettuce was coated in. Def not worth $26 dollars. Drove all the way from Elyria to get some late night Arby's so there was no turning around and waiting in the long line to get the bacon and swiss i paid for. Didn't find out till we were on the highway anyways. $32 for the whole meal and to get less than you paid for is a big kick in the pants. I'd go to Elyria taco bell if I wanted to get overcharged and shorted. Lesson learned, not going there anytime soon. Sucks because there roastbeef sandwiches are super good, I should have...

All I can say is the Young lady with shoulder length hair and dark skinned is very very rude, dismissive and ignorant to the highest level of disrespect.! I have been in there multiple times and everytime I politely ask for my order to be made correctly and everytime it’s always wrong which is highly annoying .! I went on Thursday 3/1/2024 and holy crap it was busy but again she was rude and rolled her eyes smacked her lips and basically ignored me completely.!! The gentleman manager who is light skinned he is genuinely a kind person and definitely is under paid in my opinion, he is always trying to do above and beyond to please customers but again my order is always always always wrong.!! I saved my last order to take in just to prove that I don’t care about getting free food I just want my damn order to be made correctly that’s it.!!! I’ve gone to this location for years and it always takes at least 20 minutes to get food. They consistently forget things today they forgot a sauce that I paid for as well as a sandwich (which I realized after I had gotten home 20 minutes later) the sauce thankfully I was still at the restaurant when I noticed but since there was already 5 cars behind me in line I had to pull around front and wake up my child to go in and get it. The person in front of me was missing an entire bag from their order. When I told the person at the counter I was missing a sauce she sounded surprised that I had it on my order even though I was charged for it. The person who took my order was rude when I asked about poppers (which have apparently been discontinued). The only reason I come to this location still is because the next closest one is twice the distance...
