I've been here many times and their service has only gotten worse each time. August 27th, 2025, I ordered the Farmhouse Egg Wrap for pick up and selected the full avocado option. The main reason that I ordered it was for the avocado. There was no avocado in it at all. August 28th, 2025, I came to dine in and told them that there was no avocado in the wrap I had ordered the previous day and they brushed it off by telling me that they weren't there yesterday and then told me that they think they ran out of avocado yesterday instead of making it right. I asked them for a full avocado and they gave me a completely inedible unripe one, then had the audacity to charge me for it. I also ordered a Spicy Tomato Poached Eggs and asked for no toast since that was what the menu stated, but they did not notify me that it actually came with a baguette, which I would've gotten. I explained to them that it would be extremely salty and unpalatable without any bread and asked for the baguette that came with it but they told me that they can't do anything since their kitchen was closed. The dish ended up being extremely salty without any bread, and I had to order more tea and pastries to make it palatable. I have been here at least 5 times, and my experience has been that they mess up continuously, but do not offer to remedy their mistakes, with it being worse and...

Masuda's Cafe is so good I immediately came back the next day. What an exceptional oasis! On the first visit, afternoon, chance brought me there - a friend's tip off, pure serendipity. I had a hot coffee, bold (Rao's Coffee Roasting Company "The Godfather") and a slice of carrot cake. I sat in comfort, reading, in this spacious, quiet place. When I asked for a coffee refill, I found it was free!

The next morning, returning, I entered by the "Breakfast & Lunch" door. My goal was the Spicy Tomato Poached Eggs / Tohkm Ban-Jahn Roo-Mee. It was delicious: two large eggs poached in a savory blend of fresh tomatoes, green onions and chilies, served with two slices of toast. For the toast, I chose white baguette slices.

To extend this enjoyment, I relaxed with a cup of hot coffee (the cups are large!) and a luxury date dipped in Belgium chocolate - stuffed with almonds. Added to that I had "Camel Eyes" (three pieces). Scrumptious! Again, I enjoyed reading (and looking at the food photos I had snapped to include with this post).

Service (Sarah, at the breakfast) was attentive, unubtrusive, helpful and quiet - much appreciated. And parking was close by - very handy. I highly recommend a visit to Masuda's Cafe, which only recently opened in...

UPDATE: Although the food is good, I believe there is a serious problem with the management and the way they treat their customers. It’s clear that they discriminate between customers, which is a huge red flag for any business.

During our visit, the staff appeared to be eavesdropping on our private conversation at the table and even confronted us about something we said — despite the fact that our discussion wasn’t about them. This kind of behavior is both disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers deserve privacy and should not be made to feel like they’re being monitored or corrected as if they were in a classroom.

For context, in our private group of seven, we had briefly mentioned (in our native language) that the service seemed a bit slow — nothing more.

It’s disappointing to see a place with good food lose loyal customers over such unacceptable behavior This is my old review below. Congratulations you just lost a lot number of loyal customers: Very lovely place with amazing food. We ordered namaki, kebab stuffed eggs and flat bread with yogurt as dip. It was so delicious! I definitely...

Beautiful food, beautiful beverages, beautiful Cafe, beautiful people, beautiful experience! I live on a farm, have my own hens and almost never go out for breakfast so today was a special treat. Masuda's Cafe offered a leasurly and luxurious experience for me, my husband and friends. We were greeted with smiles when we arrived and took our seats in the exquisitely adorned Cafe. The servers were informed, responsive, friendly and attentive. My pistachio, oat milk latte was delicious and the date and walnut pancakes were everything I had dreamed about. As I treated myself to nibbles from my friends' plates, my mouth burst with flavors that had been expertly paired and I announced my plan to come back and with each visit, to eventually try everything on the menu. I can't wait to return!
