Worst Taco Bell in Lorain county. I will be contacting Taco Bell Corporate Headquarters in regard to how Terrible the staff has perpetually been for 20 years. They have had at least 2 remodels and one rebuild in the time I can remember and yet the staff is always consistently terrible. How is that even possible?! They never give you all of your food.
The person at the drive thru window was very rude. On my most recent visit, the person running the window did not include enough sauce packets and we asked for more. They gave us 8 packets for 9 items. It is not unreasonable to need more than that. We got their attention to ask for more sauce packets.The person waved their arms around and never opened the window for us, walked away and ignored us. We did not do anything to provoke this. Then when I called a short time later after discovering that I had 2 missing items, the person who answered the phone sounded drunk. I asked the person their name. They were incomprehensible, possibly drunk. I had to ask their name 3 times and am still not sure what they said. MAYBE "Dennis."
This location cannot get an order right even with mobile ordering! Their staff is rude and incompetent. They are the worst Taco Bell in the county. I would like my order replaced free of charge. I just noticed that there is a check box on the order sticker for mobile orders. There is SPECIFICALLY a place for them to check your order for accuracy. Read moreSadly I can’t give this location a negative score. Got 2 potato tacos with light sauce, an order of nachos and cheese, an order of fries and cheese and the new Mountain Dew midnight. Even had him double check verbally. I pulled to the window and the girl started to ask me if I had the “steak”? I gave her a weird look and then she walked away to grab someone behind her. I give this girl the benefit of the doubt because poor thing seemed new and flustered. She apologized and then got my correct order. I even told her that the potato tacos were with light sauce. Confirmed it again, verbally and now on the receipt I received. When I got home I was pretty upset. I spent a little over 10$ for 2 “potato tacos, nachos and cheese, fries and cheese and a small drink. What I got was what was supposed to be the tacos but it had 2 pieces of dried up crisp potato pieces with the most sauce I’d ever seen. I looked at the second one and that one had 3 pieces of dried potatoes and sauce everywhere. French fries tasted like they had a nice crunchy fry to it and then just obliterated them with the dorito dust.
So nachos and cheese are the only thing that they had done. And mind you, this was after 8pm on my way home from work. It was a ghost town. So it wasn’t like they were slammed! Read morePlaced a $29.55 order through drive thru. Returned home to realize they forgot two of my tacos. All of the tacos were the same 6 cantina chicken soft taco they gave me only 4. I called the store asked to speak to a manager when I explained two of my tacos were missing the manager who said his name was David said they were busy and it happens sometimes. He never apologized for the mistake but made me feel like I was the problem. When I asked him how do you miss count 1,2,3,4,5,6 all the same kind of tacos. He got upset started raising his voice asking me what is it that I want him to do telling me again it happens sometimes when they are busy. First of all the store wasn't busy at all and never is when we go so he wasn't truthful about that. He needs in my opinion more training as a manager on how to handle customers. He was probably the one that packed the order counted 4 tacos instead of 6 thats why me calling upset him so much. Apparently he doesn't know how to properly operate a restaurant as a manager. This is part of why the fast food restaurants are falling apart because of people like (David). I returned all the $29.55 order I hope David's boss speaks to him about the way he talks to people and handling mistakes they make...
