Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Amherst

All these good reviews ARE FAKE , this MR. HERO and its employees ESPECIALLY the heavy set female manager is the most rudest place I ever been to , the manager was taking our order rolling her eyes at my disabled husband and just talking rude as hell to him , he has a speech impairment, and she told him :if he dnt know how to talk to leave and go next door to eat , extremely unethical and professional, and when I tried to explain he has a speech impairment , she said she did not care to leave ,when I asked for a manager she said she was the manager and owner, she can say and do what she wants . Personally I think if anyone eats there that posts a review would agree this place is not a great place to eat and they are extremely disrespectful and rude along with disgustingly unhuman behavior towards anyone. First time at a Mr Hero and I loved the steak sandwich. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude which is the only reason I rated it 3/5 stars. She swiped my debit card and gave it back to me and I went to sit and wait for my food. Apparently the card didn't work so a minute later she starts yelling at me "money money, you didn't pay" and makes a scene in front of the other customers. I didn't even have my food and was waiting politely so I'm not sure why she made a huge scene instead of politely asking for my card again. She was not dressed in Mr Hero clothes and was barking orders to the staff so I'm assuming she was the franchise owner or manager. Thankfully another employee took over, swiped my card again, and politely apologized for the situation. I was very loyal customer to this exact space. However, I have had 3 interactions with one woman that has made me choose to never return. I believe she's one of the owners or family of the owners this woman is so rude and so disruptive and so difficult to give an order to that I have finally left and will never return. I have probably ordered from this place in the last year 30 to 40 times. Sometimes large orders for my staff and other times smaller for my family. Every time ive dealt with iwner or other staff it has been easy peasy. 3 x now this woman has made it an unbelievable horrid experience. Never again. Business switched to...
