One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. They don’t follow regulations on handling food safely here.

They made me a broth bowl that they claimed they've only made twice, and the person that is making it accidentally touches the food inside the bowl with her bare hands because she forgot to put gloves back on, but she denies. I insist on them making me another one, and when they finally do, the ingredients in the broth bowl are not fully cooked. They offer to microwave it for me and I agree, but while taking it, the lady again touches the broth with her bare hands without gloves on, so I say never mind, just make me another sandwich. While she’s making the sandwich, she wears the same plastic gloves that she used to check her phone a minute earlier. Does she not realize how dirty phones are? I ask her to change plastic gloves and she does. I ask for my sandwich to be toasted for a longer time, but my sandwich ends up cold in the middle, and the bread ends up completely burnt. I give up at this point and eat my sandwich with burnt bread.

have faster customer service and of course i was treated very coldly by the location i used to go to again for explaining my situation. think im going to stop going here. they wouldnt make it up to me at all. plus the free WiFi is horrible no matter how many times i came in bought something and sat down to do work the WiFi never connected. i kept disconnecting and connecting and it never worked plus the worker said i cant reset it very rudely towards me ugh never have i been treated with such disrespect in a place i thought i was going to be a loyal customer to i guess not. also got sick for almost a week last year due to an allergic reaction to something in one of your food items which wasnt good. no apology or refund or free item. this place has gone downhill since i first set foot in here. may not be returning for good if this keeps...

This place is disgusting. The floors, tables, coffee station and over all place is filthy. Stains on the floor that have obviously been there for a while, food left on the tables and chairs with no one even attempting to clean any of it up. Old coffee, sugar, creamer stuck on and drying on the coffee bar. The coffee bar wasn't even stocked with lids, raw sugar, half and half or much of the other essentials. The food is lacking in flavor and was partially cold, even though i ordered a breakfast sandwich. This place, in my opinion is just another example of why I don't come to restaurants much anymore.
