Made an order through their app to pick up through drive thru. Waited 15+ minutes in line to get my order which was a whole meal short, an extra fry, a drink and a frosty. I told them and they said that was my order. NoâŚit wasnât. They said if you donât have a receipt thereâs nothing I can do. I had to call my boyfriend to get a screenshot of the receipt. They aaid if I was going to make another order I needed to pull around which made no sense. I said I wasnât making an order I was waiting for the rest of it. Showed them the receipt, they slammed the window in my face. So I went in, waited five minutes to talk to someone, showed them my receipt, the manager couldnât come to the register because she was busy supposedly. Yet I spoke to her at the window and she was rude as well. Waited for another 15-20 minutes and had asked several times when I would have my food to which they just walked away and ignored me. Finally they come back with this receipt that was so bogus. We paid with a credit card but the receipt said we had $16 in change. âŚâŚhow? It was missing exactly what I told them. They said so youâre only missing a fry and a frosty? NO! Iâm missing a whole meal and drink plus that. Finally got my meal and frosty with much attitude on the side. I get home and I was still missing a fry. And yes, we did have our receipt, confirmation email, order number etc. This is the THIRD TIME this has happened. By the time I got home the food was cold and my fries, which were the forgotten ones, were cold and half filled. Every one was rude.    Read moreI love their variety of salads! They have super unique, well prepared, delicious salads! I actually find myself ordering one of their salads more than anything else when I go! And not because I'm on a diet or trying to eat "healthy" or "should get a salad" either! No! Because they truly are great and I find myself craving one at least 2-3 times a week (although as a house rule because of the kids we only do fast food once a week. If absolutely necessary we'll do it a second time, but that's rare)! Couldnât go back because the drive thru was 20 cars long after I pulled away. Nobody at the first drive thru window to pay because the guy left his post. Couldnât even hear the girl tell me to pull to the first or second drive thru window.
