Wendy's — Restaurant in Amherst

Made an order through their app to pick up through drive thru. Waited 15+ minutes in line to get my order which was a whole meal short, an extra fry, a drink and a frosty. I told them and they said that was my order. No…it wasn’t. They said if you don’t have a receipt there’s nothing I can do. I had to call my boyfriend to get a screenshot of the receipt. They aaid if I was going to make another order I needed to pull around which made no sense. I said I wasn’t making an order I was waiting for the rest of it. Showed them the receipt, they slammed the window in my face. So I went in, waited five minutes to talk to someone, showed them my receipt, the manager couldn’t come to the register because she was busy supposedly. Yet I spoke to her at the window and she was rude as well. Waited for another 15-20 minutes and had asked several times when I would have my food to which they just walked away and ignored me. Finally they come back with this receipt that was so bogus. We paid with a credit card but the receipt said we had $16 in change. ……how? It was missing exactly what I told them. They said so you’re only missing a fry and a frosty? NO! I’m missing a whole meal and drink plus that. Finally got my meal and frosty with much attitude on the side. I get home and I was still missing a fry. And yes, we did have our receipt, confirmation email, order number etc. This is the THIRD TIME this has happened. By the time I got home the food was cold and my fries, which were the forgotten ones, were cold and half filled. Every one was rude. Ignored me, slammed the window in my face multiple times, walked away from me after ignoring me, snarky attitude and eye rolling. You could tell everyone was trained by their manager because she was definitely the best at...

I love their variety of salads! They have super unique, well prepared, delicious salads! I actually find myself ordering one of their salads more than anything else when I go! And not because I'm on a diet or trying to eat "healthy" or "should get a salad" either! No! Because they truly are great and I find myself craving one at least 2-3 times a week (although as a house rule because of the kids we only do fast food once a week. If absolutely necessary we'll do it a second time, but that's rare)! Even when others in the house want something else I still swing through Wendy's FOR ME even if it's just for a half salad to go with whatever the rest of the household voted on! Lol! SERIOUSLY, EVEN IF YOU DNT TYPICALLY CARE FOR SALADS YOU GOTTA GIVE EM A SHOT!!! FR! MY FAVE IS THIS BERRY BURST SALAD!! OMG!!!! Horrible service. Could not hear the person on the mic at all. Got my order 100 percent wrong. Drive thru took 30 minutes with only three cars in front of me. Couldn’t go back because the drive thru was 20 cars long after I pulled away. Nobody at the first drive thru window to pay because the guy left his post. Couldn’t even hear the girl tell me to pull to the first or second drive thru window. Acted like I was trying to get free food by skipping the first window because their was nobody there even though people in the back saw me wait for like 5 minutes at the first window. But acted like I didn’t exist because they were so focused on the delivery truck. Who gets a delivery at 11pm on a busy summer Saturday night. Just, complete and utter, horrendous service. Your customer is more important than a delivery truck. Should of been someone at the first window. No need to be rude at the second window and accuse me of trying to steal food because your Tillman ran to the delivery truck. Turn your mic up so we can properly hear you. Slow, ignorant,...
