Diedrich Espresso Anacortes — Restaurant in Anacortes

Normally I would never state in a public review my issue with a business but I have attempted to call the phone number u guys have listed multiple times and it is not one that works my husband loves this coffee stand and either him and I have gone every single morning for a long time to get his coffee same order every single time and up until recently is perfect but over the last week the last 3 days in a row including today it has not been correct even after repeatedly telling them white coffee it has not been white coffee and then 4 days ago when I ordered it and he tasted it and said that it literally tasted like everything except the coffee was in the mocha even tho I order four shots in it every time he said it was literally like water and milk or something im not sure if they are training or something going on but has just been very disapointing when it was his favorite coffee stand and looked forward to getting his daily coffee from this specific one and thwn being unable to contact a speak to anyone...

Tall Blonde Barista who working around 11:30/12pm on this Valentine's Monday of 2022 didn't ask if I wanted my drink iced or which flavor option, ignored my choice to go without straw to help the environment, then got snooty when she had to remake an iced drink. I wasn't unkind at all when I had to wait and pay $8 for a drink. I tasted the coffee and it was the worst I've had in my life. I don't know what she put in there to make it taste so tangy and bitter, but unfortunately I feel me asking her to make me an iced drink made her upset enough to give me a re-used cup with some sort of citrus in the drink, making sure to put a big straw in my cup. Total waste of time and money. I'll return to other Deidrich espressos, as they're the only place I know that has option for CBD in your coffee, but that batista needs to be fired if she cannot, or doesn't want to be respectful to every customer that provides for her livelihood. Went through the drive through this morning with a line and one of the girls greated me outside at my window which surprised me and my reactive pit bull who barked and sort of intimidatingly jumped across my lap and half way out my window for pets and the barista was so kind-- she let my dog say hi, had a great laugh and was so kind. She took my order and by the time I got to the window everything was ready for me. The two barista were clearly a great team and made the best espresso I've had in a long time. It was such a great experience that it made me understand, for the first time, how some folks go to get coffee every day.
