It doesn't get more customer-centric than this. I'm pretty sure my truck came out cleaner than it went in.

They fit me in very last minute for a pretty good crack spanning my windshield just days before a road trip. (They were booked, but got me in when I explained the situation.)

The service was fast, friendly, and he even cleaned out a mouse nest (totally not part of the windshield) while replacing the windshield.

I really appreciate getting fit into an opening, taking me early when I showed up way early, and being friendly and courteous the entire time!

While I hopefully don't have to deal with this very often, I know where I'd go...

I was very pleased with the window replacement of my Ford F250. They took my insurance.

I asked for a recommendation they recommended me to another shop to replace my tinting on my side windows. That shop retuned my call quickly and I set and appointment.

They were quick and clean and I felt respected as a women walking into this shop.

The wait was actually less then what was stated which is always nice.

The conversation was friendly.

I would definitely recommend this shop for windshield replacement.

Novus was awesome! We had a windshield water leak, Rocky diagnosed over the phone. We live in the islands and had to take a ferry, so scheduling and timeliness was important. When we got to the scheduled appointment I had given Rocky incorrect information, so the windshield was not on site - not a problem; he got on on the phone with the supplier, picked up the glass, and successfully installed the windshield so we could catch the afternoon ferry home. He an the staff all courteous, professional, and taking appropriate COVID precautions....
