I’ve live in Anacortes for over 20 years and when Jack in the Box first came to town it was great and the service and food were great for years. For the last 4 to 5 years this place is absolutely horrible. The service is the worst I’ve seen from ANY fast food establishment I’ve been to. They’re lazy and always have the same excuse about an hour or 2 before they close and that is, if you try to order a milkshake they always say, “ we’re sorry our shake machine is broken right now” and they lie everytime. I found out they clean it whenever it gets really slow and they just tell people it’s broke because they’re lazy and don’t want to make you a shake and have to clean it again when they close down. So sad and it shows the work ethic of this generation that’s coming up. No customer service, no manners, and I am truly disgusted in Anacortes Jack in the Box. There owners or someone from the main corporation should come there and flip this place on there head and show them how to work or fire the ones that don’t want to work or run this place like it should be. There’s plenty of people out there that could turn this place around if they hired a manager who took it serious to change the outlook on this place and could change the mind of dang near everyone in Anacortes who comes to Jack in the Box because I hear nothing but bad things and it continues to get worse. We had to ask for our order to be refunded in the drive thru because a 30 minute wait was just unacceptable and they had still not even gotten to our order. One of the employees had told us they were all in training because a whole crew had walked out. Still even in training a 30 minute wait for fast food in a drive thru? I didn't even get a real copy of a receipt for my reimbursement because the manager had not double printed for herself and my copy. So I apparently didn't get one.. I am a cashier this is not hard to do you should always print a copy of reimbursement for the customer... Not hand write an order and amount. I wanted to see the transaction that had actually gone through the system. You think my bank is going to take a hand written copy if I have to dispute the charge...no definitely not. She also was yelling at the employees instead of working with them and showing them how to get things out and caught up. We should have followed the person before us' lead and backed out of the drive thru after the first initial wait to order which took 10 minutes... So disappointed. We probably can't go back after...
Read moreordered the Bacon Ultimate combo w/ bacon cheddar fries, an Oreo shake and chocolate cake for dessert. got all the way home just to find out they didn't put the bacon on the sandwich even though bacon is the first word in it's title. no problem let me call and straighten it out. called and no answer. great now I get to miss more of this game just to go get what I had already paid for. get down there and the girl working tried her best to replace ONLY the sandwich because "there was nothing wrong with the fries"!!! are you kidding me? I paid $18.02 (I could have went to Anthony's and had a Kobe beef burger for $15!!!) so I could eat fresh fries with a fresh correctly made burger. I have drivin these fries home and back down here and you expect me to keep them and eat them??? it's already bad enough I've wasted personal time and fuel to get what is rightfully mine, now I have to argue with your employee about it?!? absolutely horrible customer service that I wouldn't expect anywhere let a lone in Anacortes!!!
