Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Anaheim

We ordered a 3 topping 2 medium pizzas. We forgot to add the third topping. We placed the order 3:58 PM on sunday. My wife called at 4:01 PM 3 minutes later to add a third topping and they said it was too late because the pizza was in the oven. I went over to the store at 4:11 pm and spoke to Clifton the manager and asked to a side of olives as a third topping. He said that he was unable to do that and the only topping he is able to provide is a side of jalapenos for an additional charge. I didn't ask him to make new pizzas and I was requesting a side of olives to account for the 3rd topping. To me this is unreasonable and I told clifton that we literally called 2 minute's after to add the topping and he was like "oh no it was 4 minutes and there is nothing I can do" very unprofessional and unreasonable. Will not be ordering from this...

We freggin LOOOOOOVE this place!!! The delivery associates are awesome!!!! They are ALWAYS so grateful and ALWAYS have a smile on thier faces! We have NEVER had an issue with pizza or the drivers!!!! Customer service is really good NOW... I remember we stopped calling this specific location for like 3 years we had a REALLY REALLY bad experience ALMOST EVERYTIME we called... Something was ALWAYS wrong and the customer service use to be terrible!!!! I mean ABSOLUTELY horrible!!! Until one day we decided to give it another shot... Then we met NORM who was the MOST AMAZING person!!!! He changed everything for us!!! Every experience with him was so personable he really changed our outlook!!!! We havent seen him in a while so i hope all is well with him... But this is a great location keep up the good work...

We picked up two pizzas and a garden salad (which was already in a bag when we arrived). When we got home we took the salad out of the bag and it was all brown and disgusting. When I called to talk to the manager, he asked me a few questions, then said they were "slammed" and asked if he could call me back. Now mind you this occurred at 8:30 pm on Sunday, and they were pretty dead when we just picked up our food, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he would call me back...and of course he didn't. I wasn't originally going to post this publicly, but for him to just blow me off like that was totally uncool.
