First I need to talk to you about two things, quality and consistency. The McDonald's brand is #1 in these categories. Unfortunately, McDonald store #5296 is severely lacking or sub par in these two categories. I have NEVER received in the three years going to this restaurant a quality batch of french fries, and have had to return to the restaurant on several occasions to receive missing product from orders or mix ups. The night in question resulted in "hair" in the food! I returned the food (a total inconvenience) and the manager apologized, but nothing else was done! I almost ate part of another human body, and all the manager can say is that he is going to: "Tell the grill people to pay attention". Shouldn't the staff be paying attention anyway?I want the staff member written up and or fired! I suffer from OCD and will NEVER return to this location! It is a tarnish to the global brand, and your corporate executives should audit this location ASAP! The facility hosts a double drive through that is NEVER in service. The facility hosts a child playground that is germ factory containing odors that can't be identified. The facility's overall cleanliness is rated a "Fail" in my opinion. I have done multiple commercials for the McDonald's Corporation during the 1990's ("Cosmo") and understand the level of the quality and consistency benchmark you are famous for. Today at about 10:10 am, I did a mobile order for a mocha frappe, went in, and waited over 15 minutes only to be told that the mechanic to make the coffee was not working. And to get a manager or supervisor to give a refund was not a professional experience. Once I entered the location, I saw 3 people waiting to place an order's who kept asking if someone could help them. After a few minutes, someone helped 2 of the customers and left one just wasting and just walked away from the register. Once a person came to do my refund, I asked why they did not let me know sooner that my order could not be made. I asked here how they could make a customer wait more than 15 minutes and not take his order ' her response, we are busy ' that is no excuse to just walk past the register and not even say a word to the customer.

Unfortunately, this is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I have told them in the past, but my complaints feel on deaf ears Even though this is on my way to work, I will look for another location
