Went through the drive through and only ordered 3 things but apparently that’s too much for these people to comprehend. Got home and didn’t receive one of the items and the other was messed up. Went back and spoke to the “manager” who could not have been more than 15 years old and showed him the receipt and said I didn’t get items. Mind you, about 30 minutes had passed and the place was busy. He told me he remembered my order and personally bagged it and said the items were in there. I said you’re lying and no they weren’t so don’t call me a liar. Trust me I’m not gonna spend the time to get free canes, especially after I already paid $40 for my order. He says ok I’ll remake the items and he disappears and never comes back to apologize or anything. Maybe being called out as a liar himself offended him. So when I get my food they didn’t even replace the original order as it was now cold at the house because I had to drive back. No apology and when I asked for managers name, they refused to give it. Guess that’s what happens when you promote children who have zero personal skills and only relate via technology. Needless to say I will not be going back there and hopefully they don’t mess your order up too because they will call you a liar and barely replace it. Corporate was closed so I’ll be calling them too. Not the way to...
Read moreI've just sighed and let it go time and time again, just as I will this time, but the amount of times this location messes up my order is astounding. Their success rate at getting my order correct is 0%. I am not exaggerating. Over a dozen times in the last 10 months they have not gotten my order correct. I do not know what their coleslaw tastes like because I never receive it. I don't do anything complicated, or at least I did not think so. I even order it using your lingo. "No toast, extra fries" To me that doesn't mean no coleslaw, give me the toast. In fact I thought no toast was a rather simple request. Your chicken and fries are great. I'm still going to go to Cane's across the nation, but this location is for lack of a better term, disappointing. Do better, please. This is just sad. I will actually go further away now to avoid this location and I recommend you do the...
Read more“Give ’em the pickle”Bob Farrell. You forgot the toast, the sauce and the pickle. I’ve supported this Cane’s since it opened, but 6 out of my last 8 drive-thru visits had missing toast or the extra sauce I PAID for. Bread or sauce shortage? Just say that. But don’t act “fast and perfect” when orders are half-right. So I finally speak up and the manager hits me with the classic: “Take it up with corporate.” C’mon. We all know what it means when a manager throws the corporate excuse, zero accountability. That’s not customer service. That’s passing the buck. I should’ve listened to my neighbors and church members who warned me this location’s gone downhill. All they had to do was give the pickle or in my case, toast and extra sauce as a small act of care. Instead, they gave attitude and excuses. No toast. No sauce. No pickle. No...
