Hardee's — Restaurant in Andalusia

I went to Hardee’s this morning, and it was raining. Because of the weather, it was difficult for me and for the employee to hear through the drive-thru box. When I got to the window, my order had been inputted incorrectly. Why is this a 5 star review then?? Because of Miss Tanya!

I was blown away by her exceptional customer service. From the moment I drove up, her happy greeting and genuine smile set a positive tone for my entire experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was not rushing through my order but took the time to carefully ensure it was correct while engaging with me. Two different times lately me and my son been here and got bad service and one of those times no service. At regular hours of operation and there is absolutely no reason for it. One time I drove up at lunch and nobody came on the drive thru speaker so I drove up to window and I was thinking maybe something was wrong with speaker and dude saw me turned around and ignored me so I waved my twenty at him as I left to go to bk. Tonight my son went thru drive thru and got someone who popped off an attitude about my order was not right. She was like you didn’t order that at the speaker. Well lady I eat the same thing every time I ate there and my son orders same thing. Need to lose that attitude and listen. Won’t be back at this location. The reason that I am giving them 1 star is because of one particular woman, named Janice, that works the morning shift. She has to be the rudest person I have ever met. I’ve worked in retail management for over 20 years and have ALWAYS put customer service at the top of my priorities. This particular person will not speak, say Thank you, or even smile. She is the perfect example of the reason a business may fail. I have spoken to management about her- with no success. She appears to be a hard worker- so maybe put her in the kitchen- away from customers. For visitors to our town, she is not a good representation of the friendly and courteous citizens of Andalusia.
