2-3 workers smoking weed in the parking lot in customer view. Major turn off. Will not return.
*UPDATE: My mom wanted Arby’s today so I gave them another chance.
I placed 2 mobile orders around 4:00pm today. The first order I selected the correct time slot, 4:30-4:40. The second order, I forgot to do that so it said pick up at 4:12. I called the location and let them know I wouldn’t be there until 4:30. I walked in around 4:20pm and the order that I forgot to pick the correct time slot was already sitting out ready to be picked up and the other order hadn’t been started yet. I asked to speak to the manager and asked him to remake the order that was made too early. HE REFUSED. He said “every time you come in here you create problems for us.”
The last time I went there, 2-3 employees were smoking weed in the parking lot which made me uncomfortable. You shouldn’t be high while at work.
I replied to him “I don’t create problems when I come in here, you do, you were literally smoking weed at work last time I was here.”
The manager said “I have my medical marijuana card, so I can do what I want.”
I replied “no you can’t, smoking weed at work in customer view is very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.”
The manager said “well I can just cancel this order and not give you the food, you need to take it up with the GM.”
I kept my mouth shut after that. I called corporate Arby’s to let them know how I was treated.
I will be calling the GM tomorrow when they are in to let them know what...

These two things no big deal, easy to remedy, but the bun was literally so hard that when the (rude) cashier asked me what was wrong with it i knocked it on the counter like it was a door. The fries were not fresh. Tastes like old oil. When she got me another sandwich she had to squeeze them all to find a semi soft one. I don't think I've ever had a worse experience at an Arby's in my life. While eating we could hear the manager yelling at an employee telling them they can leave and couldn't care less etc... usually have a nice family meal here but this manager was not professional when scolding employees with others around and then you wonder why people return with violence.
