If I could give no stars I would. This morning, like most mornings, I dropped off my son at daycare, placed my order through the mobile app, and headed to pick up my order before work so it would be ready by the time I got there. I arrived today to pick up my coffee and sandwich and the door was locked. There was no sign on the door or anything. A man and a child we’re sitting at the table and he told me they were doing mobile orders only (as far as I could see he was not a Dunkin employee), which I informed him mine was a mobile order. I knocked on the glass a couple times and was ignored by the two workers inside. At this point I’m fuming so I walk around to the drive thru window so I can at least speak to someone. The employee in the window, still ignoring me, then says to the other, “she can get in the drive thru line” which is wrapped around the building. I placed a mobile inside pick up order. If I wanted to sit in the drive thru, I would have just placed my order there. Dunkin do better. Needless to say I have no breakfast and I’m out 10 dollars. As much as I like Dunkin, I will be spending my money at Starbucks from now on. At least they have good...
Read moreCame to get a coffee with my mom and the manager (person who took my order) was absolutely rude. I wanted a Vanilla Donut Iced Coffee with oat milk. I had ordered that way before so I didn’t think it would be an issue. The manager told me “we only have that in a latte.” I corrected her and told her I just wanted the iced coffee with the flavors. She said to me “Well next time make sure you order it that way to not have any confusion.” I was so shocked someone in CUSTOMER SERVICE just said that to me.
Next, they were out of every donut we wanted. Which was fine. I asked if she could tell what they did have… she listed off each donut with the most attitude I have ever heard.
This is quite nasty behavior from the manager in my opinion… I will now be taking my business to the Dunkin...
Read moreThis is just a complaint about a worker actually. Just went through the drive thru and got a lava cake signature latte (gotten many times before) and it’s undrinkable, and that’s fine! I don’t mind driving back around and figuring out the production problem so I can have the drink I ordered, but when I came back around the girl through the speaker was extremely rude! I was trying to figure out what was happening and she proceeded to explain my options as if I was the dumbest person to walk the earth with a stern tone. She talked to me like how you talk to a baby that’s in trouble, or someone you’re actively bullying. I really hope she doesn’t pursue anything to do with customer...
