When I was going to get ice cream and a coke with my family. I wanted to save time, and I usually donât go to the Anderson McDonalds after how they treated me the last time. The last time it was the same situation, I drove up and asked for a coke and ice cream for my kids and I. I was told that the ice cream machine was broken. Then I drove up to the window and I asked for the manager to get some questions answered. Then I was told that the man at the window was the manager. He proceeded to be rude to me. When I asked for his name he told me that he wouldnât give me his name. That was the last time I went. This time was almost the same. Drove up asked for ice cream and coke, then told the machines were broken. Then I drove up knowing that I couldnât back out. Then the employee at the first window glared at me, like I was going to steal food. Then I sat in the line for almost half and hour. I then called the Anderson McDonaldâs to see if I could talk to the manager. Then I had to wait for them to pick up. Eventually, they did and I asked for the manager to get some questions answered. I was then talked down to by a woman saying that she was the manger. I then asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I see that this McDonaldâs has a pattern of treating it patrons as mindless drones who will just take what they give us. Managers seem to think that since they have the manager title that they can treat customers poorly. I will put back in place my ideal of never going to the Anderson McDonaldâs again. I do wish that they would pick who they promote better and teach their employees how to properly...
Read moreYou know what they say ... If you don't have something nice to say - don't say anything at all! But, when you spend good money and get treated with sub-standard service and sub-standard food on multiple occasions, it's time to speak up. First - this franchise (assumed) is beyond acceptable. You begin to wonder if the Franchise Owner or the General Manager has given out the order to "skimp" on the ingredients, because our order of six breakfast burritos and two sausage with egg mcmuffins this morning was well below par for McDonalds. On a majority of the burritos we were lucky to get even one teaspoon of ingredients wrapped in dried out tortillas and the sausage with egg mcmuffins were equally lacking, as the muffins where tough to chew. Perhaps northbound travelers should consider buying in Red Bluff if you really want McDonalds, and for southbound travelers a stop-off in Redding may be in order. True enough "it is fast food", however there should also me some major incentives for getting the Owner and/or Managers to effect some major changes in their employee's performance and the resulting product they serve. Although we did the drive-in this morning (my brother-in-law's treat) on prior visits It was also quite disgusting when you go into the restaurant to find filthy floors, overflowing trashcans with nowhere to dispose of your trash, and the soda machines iceless. I live in Anderson and shouldn't have to consider going elsewhere ... but I will! Clean up your act please! I love the product you are suppose to...
Read moreWorst Mcdonald with incompetent staff. We ordered 2 happy meals. My son has a sever dairy allergy and their grill was down so no beef was available for purchase. They decided to inform my childs father that their chicken nuggets are dairy free. 100% false. He asked for extra apple slices no french fries because again dairy. Got a mcChicken meal with sprite. No sprite made it home. 4 chicken wraps he asked for the spicy ranch in which the associate said her manager doesnt allow only ranch or spicy. Bogus hes ordered them this way for months. When i called the establishment the employee informed me that they would have told him to check the website for allergy information which im sure is policy but is not what occured the employee guaranteed without doubt they were dairy free. Also how did neither happy meal recieve apple slices. Wake up staff you really dropped the ball. This was a collective act not just one single employee seriously even your manager was in on this failure. Most importantly thank goodness i was home to see the food before my son ate his happy meal because literally everything in it could have killed him. Good job McDonald's way to go above and beyond in failure. I understand a bad day but literally what a waste of money won't ever come here again. 0â rating but unfortunately not an option
Oh thanks for letting me know i could drive back and collect my apple slices and soda. Seriously waste of gas and time. Hope your day gets better because y'all need...
