Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Anderson

AGAIN WOW!!! I order a pizza from here for my son's 10th Birthday! The pizza was made perfect! Upon entering this establishment I was met with a warm and welcome greeting. I had a question about the mini murphs. I was met with great enthusiasm and willingness to complete my order all while educated on the extra cost and ability to complete my special request. All three team members came together to ensure my needs were met with the highest quality I hold in customer service and customer care! In addition the entire store looked BRAND NEW!!! They did such a great job at cleaning the store I could see the metal shining like it was just installed. (UNHEARD OF) I have been in customer service for over 20 years and food service for over 15. My Grandfather is a Chef of 40 yrs. I am amazed at how this store was taken care of by its Team Members! Congratulations on representing the Papa Murphys Name In Every Way Nicole, Alyssa and Freddy! Not Happy! I ordered a medium pizza and was going to make a calzon out of it. But when I got there I noticed the pizza was smaller that I thought and the price was more than it should have been. I asked for an explanation and I was told that what I ordered was a create your own and I replied but you have a meat lovers Pizza that's the exact same thing but $2.50 cheaper why wasn't I told about this difference ? reply I got was it wasn't their responsibility. This made me think that these individuals working at this particular pizza place really didn't care about the customer or if they were happy with what they're product represented I accepted what they did I paid $19.50 for a medium Pizza and this is a take and bake I remind you that should have cost me $17 the only thing I would recommend is make sure when dealing with this particular take and bake place is to know what you want and what the prices are cuz it's obvious that they don't care by everywhere at this Papa Murphy's...

I did a call-in order they told me 10 min. I arrived 15 min later. My simple medium pizza wasn't even close to being started. There was 5 orders ahead of me. In the lobby was a gentleman that had made an on-line order OVER an hour prior to me arriving. He waited another 15 min after I arrived for mine. When I arrived there was an associate just standing around with one other one running the phones and register, one making pizzas. I asked the associated what the delay was she was very rude. I understand the short staff issue but don't tell the customers a time and not follow through. We have lives and times as well. Had they told me 30 min that would have been completely fine.
