WHAT A DISGRACE!!! SHUT IT DOWN!
This locations dining room area was very nasty! I stopped by yesterday to get my son a Jr Cheeseburger and a small kids soda around 5pm. I walked in to see The tables nasty with dried ketchup on them, napkins on the floor, the place smelled really awful. It was an terrible odor. It smelled like wet hotdogs/sweat/ body odor. Ketchup and straw wrappers were on the floor and tables. The drink fountain was dirty, soda poured out on the counter. the area whr u get ur napkins, straws n lids, Ketchup packs were a mess n some were opened! NO EXCUSE! One of the employees saw the mess and didn't care at all. She was not friendly at all. Her hair was all over her head. I was shocked to see they were wearing white gloves in the kitchen but not hair nets. They wore gloves but the restaurant was terrible. It needs to be shut n scrubbed CLEANED ASAP!! This is uncalled for. Idc if its a fast food joint. This is going to get someone very sick!!! It's like a child had tbeir field day in the place.. There were 6 workers total on the clock working. They were dragging. Not working fast paced/ no customer service. They had vehicles paying customers wrapped around the building. They were taking their time inside. The line wasn't moving. They acted like they didn't want to be at work at all. No smiles! No Friendly conversations, no communication...There were two guys at the drive thru window they were waiting for food orders to be made n they were actually smiling at customers and talking to them. But the other staff employees were not happy to be working at all. Someone could have cleaned up the dining room area. Instead of standing around. I was the only one inside in line placing a small order. There was a older man sitting alone eating and watching them in the kitchen and he looked ate and shook his head...He was seeing it too! It took 6mins to get a COLD Jr Cheeseburger. My son didn't even want to eat it and to be honest after seeing the side of this location I didn't want him to eat or feed my son anything from this nasty kitchen. I guess they didn't have inside ac. They had a fan running in the kitchen. It was hot n muggy. It smelled so bad. I felt very nauseated walking out. I will never return to this location. Shut it down or hire a new manager!! So disappointed. I should have called the Health Department to report this place. No excuse for this new location to look like a dump!! Cmon people. You are going to kill people. There's a hospital across the street full of sick people who eat from u guys. Don't make them sicker, possibly getting food poison. Get it together or quit ur job!!!!! I decided to go to McDonald's on 28 after this terrible experience. Something needs to be done about this. I wish I had took photos of the place n a video. What happened to this location?? It use to be so clean, it smelled so good. Fresh clean smell. It was brand new. The tables were so clean, the food was hott and customer service was outstanding. Now it's a 1 star 🌟 rating. I can't be the only one who has seen this location look like this. This is bad!!! They Mr. John Ramsey from Food Network up in this place to get them back on track or fire n hire new staff...
Read moreThe new location is a nightmare. My friend and I walked in and was greeted by a long line. Confusion everywhere. One cashier and 3 or 4 do it yourself ordering touch screen computers. Older folks struggling. Hard to find what you want on the computer, stuff is in categories and subcategories... for instance CHILI is in the FRENCH FRIES category !! I'm serious..., and forget using a coupon or making a special request like "no lettuce" or something like that. When we finally ordered the cashier didn't take our money for quite some time. Nobody knew what to do, just people standing around griping about how bad it is. Once you order theres nowhere to stand to wait for your order so you're just in the way of everyone else. The new dining area is about half the size of the old one. The custom mix coke machine is gone. The sweet tea was empty. You make your own drink, get your own cup, place your own order, pay for it yourself. And if you don't want to do that, you're delegated to a long line. When we finally sat down I noticed the white suburban in the long line of cars outside had moved about two car lengths ahead during that whole time. When I was about to leave, I had to get a to-go order for a friend back at work and I dreaded having to go thru that experience again. Some research and marketing firm I'm sure made millions of dollars to consult wendys on this futuristic ordering setup and floor plan and if that's the case I'm here to say they miserably...
Read moreCommunication Skills were 10/10 while ordering, Customer Service 5/10 for the lack of a greeting while employees were standing around. We were standing and waiting there to order for some time... while Drive thru was pretty much empty (maybe 2 cars) and we were the only customers inside. Again the young lady who took our order was very nice and courteous and repeated back our very customized order to ensure accuracy 10/10 👌. Dining experience was 5/10 bc the tables were all dirty and the drink machine was EXTREMELY DIRTY! They did have every other table closed off for Safe Distancing Pandemic Protocols and an abundance of Sanitizers available for everyone. Water cups were left out next to the drink machine unmonitored BUT the drink machine did have a laminated sign that informed you to ask for a new cup and they would be happy to provide a new cup for refills! But that also was not monitored and I was able to use my original large cup to refill my drink WHICH WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT ASKING but given the opportunity most will just refill with their old cup 💯!
This location was MORE CASUAL with their Pandemic Safety Protocols compared to Zaxby's where they have an attendant making your drink and giving you your refill with a new cup and some locations closing the drink machine and having the staff make all your drinks and refills behind the...
