RENTER BEWARE!! We rented from this company for yearsss and it was the most horrible experience ever!! They are very DISRESPECTFUL and SHADY! If you can avoid renting from this company please AVOID AT ALL COST...SERIOUSLY!!! For starters they never answer the phone the line remains busy, when you have an issue they do not respond in a timely manner at all and when a repair is needed they find a way to blame the renter for their poorly maintained property. They expect more from the renter then they do themselves as landlords! When you move out they provide you with a list of about 30 things they require you to complete in order to receive your full security deposit back but the list also states that if the walls need to be cleaned, repaired (due to nail holes, holes, etc...)or repainted DO NOT repair or repaint yourself because you could possibly make it worse so they will do it and take the cost out of your security deposit therefore you actually never receive your full security deposit back at all from this company! They do not respect or consider normal wear on the property due to living in it with or without kids and decorating it which can explain walls with nail holes, kids touching walls can make them dirty. They expect the house to be in the same exact condition it was when you moved in which is impossible. They are security deposit THIEVES even when you execute everything on the list they find something!!!! The owner is a DISRESPECTFUL IMBECILE and his staff is just as DISRESPECTFUL because he promotes and allows it!!! They have NO professionalism at all! They truly need training in providing good customer service in person and over the phone! They will threaten you with scare tactics even when they’re in the wrong and when you do not abide because you know they’re wrong they hold your security deposit over your head for example “ if you don’t do this this and this we’ll just take your entire security deposit and there’s nothing you’ll be able to do about it!” If you think I’m playing please don’t this is no lie!! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO RENT FROM or better yet if you’re able to purchase a home do so. But please don’t rent from this company because their properties aren’t worth the headache or the prices because they are not properly maintained for the price tag they put on them!!! AGAIN, RENTER BEWARE!! Oh and this company is a branch off(son) from Anderson Property Management (mother) it’s a family business so same people/family with the same business process...

We rented from this Property Management for 2 years. They are the most unprofessional management company we have ever dealt with. There was Black Mold in the house and they ignored it for almost an entire year. Also the kitchen sink was falling through the counter which was rotted out which they ignored as well. We notified them of these problems in October and turned in our 30 day notice in July of the next year. That how long the issues were ignored. They did send people out to take pictures, but that’s as far as it went. They do not feel the need to give you a 24 hour notice to send people to the house nor will they notify you that someone is coming, even though it is the law! We would have people just walking through the backyard and even came home one day to someone in our house! There is a thing called renters rights and privacy laws. When we turned in our 30 day notice and told them we were moving out due to these issues not being addressed, especially because my wife was 7 months pregnant at this time, the condition of the house was not safe to live in, we were served with a trespassing notice and told we were not allowed back on the property to get the rest of our belongings. They called the police on my son when he went to recover the rest of what he could. This was still within our 30 days of notice and had paid rent for the last month. I told them I wanted them to pro rate my rent for the remainder of the month since we HAD paid rent for the entire month and we were told by them that they didn’t have to pro rate anything that they did not want to. I work for many property management companies and have never had to deal with a more unprofessional company. The office staff is extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and I would stay as far away from this place as possible. There are plenty of other properties and management companies. Find someone else. Trust me. They seem great until you sign that lease, then they think they own you. We just left so I will update after we find out what they do with our security deposit and the horror stories I have now read from other previous tenants about a move out list which we never received. I already hired a lawyer to deal with...

Rented from this place almost 2yrs. Never once was late on the rent, fixed multiple issues with my own time and money. I can say that they were prompt on replacing the refrigerator that didn't work upon moving in and the air conditioning that went out several months later but that's expected and required by law from any professional rental company. After my contract was up I decided to pay more to rent month to month because I was searching for a house to purchase. I finally found one and decided to buy it. I notified them that I was moving out a month before and was given a ridiculous "move out checklist". Now let me tell you that even if you left the rental property in immaculate condition, you'll never get your whole deposit back due to having to have the carpet "professionally cleaned and providing a receipt" not to mention all the other stuff that's supposed to be done by law before new tenants move in. I knew I probably wasn't going to see any deposit money back and I was ok with that. The place wasn't trashed at all but I got a call from a collection agency saying I owe $2k to them after they took all my deposit!? I've hired a lawyer and he said that this isn't the first time he's seen a case against this company. The kicker is that they knowingly rented to me a 2br duplex with me, my wife, son, and daughter.
