Ordered 2 large vegetarian pizzas and picked them up. Used a coupon this store had given me [Jordan] as a courtesy for overcharging my card on my last order [He apologized for overcharging my card by $10 and offered a coupon which I accepted]. The last time I'd ordered, there were meat pieces on my pizza. The store apologized and sent me another one. To my disappointment, this time both my pizzas had meat pieces. I called and spoke to Tony who had served me and reported the meat pieces. He casually said, "It happens all the time. We are surrounded by meat," after initially insisting there was no meat in it since he made the order. I asked what do we do? He responded, "What, you want more free money?" I was left aghast. Is that how you speak to a customer?? Since this was the store's mistake, I asked him to deliver it to my place. He said they do not deliver to my place which is 4 minutes from the store on Bunker Lake Blvd. I told him it was delivered to my home in the past. He refused to believe it. Said he would send a replacement just for this time. 1: He refused to acknowledge his mistake. 2: Casually dismissed it as a normal thing ["Happens all the time"]. 3: His tone and attitude was bad - asking a customer - "You want more free money"??? 4: Went on about how they don't deliver to my place. "I've never heard of that address"??? I called back, spoke to a much more mature and sensible person called Donnie, and cancelled my order. Donnie was apologetic, and agreed that this was unacceptable. Please train your staff on these matters. Mistakes happen, but how you deal with them makes the difference. This ruined my kids' dinner. I had to order at 10:15pm from another place. Jordan, Donnie are examples of good customer service, Tony not so much. Providing detailed feedback to help you...
Read moreI have ordered delivery from the Andover store 2x in the last 31 days. Perfect Combo Deal each time. The first delivery, 1 pizza was "OK" and the second was burned and had a huge section in the middle of the pizza where it looked deflated and there was little to no cheese. Today's delivery, both pizzas were burned and in sections of the pizzas, the bite was mostly pizza sauce. It is unfortunate because I have done this same order from other stores and the pizzas were excellent. I relayed my concerns to the manager who informed me that the burning issue could be calibration related and that the managers cannot correct the issue. My impression is that he has has received similar complaints in the past. I was cordial on the phone, but my frustration is, as a customer, I don't want to receive burnt pizzas and I don't care whose responsibility it is to make sure that the pizzas are not delievered that way. Very simply, I won't be ordering from this Dominos location in the future and I would recommend that you avoid the location also. I am obviously not interested in the response offering me 20% off my next order...that is...
Read moreUPDATE: Okay so this location has denied my online order for about a week straight. First it wouldn't even let us order when they didn't close for another hour and a half. Then, we order and the store cancelled our order. They didn't call us or explain what's going on. I'm calling corporate tomorrow.
Forgot our sauces and then the driver lied about it. 1/19/21 UPDATE: When Richard (our delivery driver) came back with our sauces HE forgot (and lied about) he insisted on having a screaming match with my boyfriend. Richard told my boyfriend he needed to "respect him". I saw at least 3 other reviews complaining about a delivery driver, I wonder if hes...
