⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful experience at V Restaurant & Bistro, thanks in large part to our incredible server, Matthew. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond, rearranging our table to feel more intimate since a few in our party couldn’t make it. It was such a thoughtful touch that really set the tone for the evening.

Matthew was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to be around. He had fantastic recommendations from the menu (clearly knows it well!) and delivered everything with the perfect balance of professionalism and charm. He made us laugh, made us feel at home, and truly elevated the entire dining experience.

Outstanding meal (brunch), outstanding service, lovely location! Our party of 6 ended up here accidentally and it was a fantastic experience!

As we finished our meal we all said that we’d happily return and that we’d eagerly send other people to eat here.

My only note is that the restaurant’s branding (logo and menu cover) has kind of a 90s Italian retro vibe and really didn’t give us an accurate idea of the type of restaurant. We decided to give it a go in spite of that branding and thank goodness we did. It is a thousand times better than its branding implies! Everything about our meal and experience was excellent....

I really wanted to like this spot. It was recommended by a family member. Nice atmosphere, great location. My veggie burger and soup was top notch. The mac & cheese was nice too. But my wife’s chicken sandwich was quite bad. Super hard chicken, difficult to cut with a knife. After showing it to the server we were given a slight 10% discount. $16 is way too much to pay for a sandwich that is practically inedible.
