10/09/24 whoever the two that where working this night had a very hard time understanding order but had the ability to add some attitude. Asked for pepe with no lettuce no tomatoes and light mayo the women that was working said so you want bread mayo and cheese then i corrected and told her my order again me and the person on the phone that i was ordering for both said with the meat not sure who asks for a pepe and just wants bread if i did i would have said hold everything just give me the bread. It’s sad that there are 3 store in my small city and this seems to be the only store that can’t stay open during normal business hours they are always out of ingredients like turkey cheese and bread how do you run out of bread that’s your entire menu they would probably run out of free smells if it was a possibility if they do manage to have ingredients they can never get an order right anytime I try to order delivery it says gives me error that store won’t deliver I call store and it’s always we don’t have driver or we are short staffed everyone is short staffed but still manage to figure it out honestly service has dropped to an all time low this store went from freaky fast to...

Did an online pickup order and when i picked it up i didn’t have my chips, and my sandwich had no meat on it. Went back through to get everything fixed and the kid working in at the window (high out of his mind) sat and laughed at me the whole time.
