Wendi is very unprofessional an rude. She clearly isn't cut out for the food industry as her attitude shows she can't handle the pressure of a lunch rush. I Went in for 2 hot readys. Was told it would be 4 minutes for the sausage. After waiting 10min I asked how much longer it would be an she rudely said it was coming out of the oven. A few seconds later she rudely shoves them towards me an I turn to walk out an I im walking out the door she sarcastically says"Sorry we were busy." "I said ecxcuse me?" She said " I said have a nice day!" I told her she definitely didn't say that an she starts to argue with me until the owner brad walked up. He apologized for her behavior an assured me it would be addressed but from reading other reviews Im not the first customer to have to deal with...

Ill prepared on a Saturday night at 7 pm. Staff of four teenagers were disorganized, got the orders all scrambled up, and I watched others walk out with their orders before me (including items that I had ordered).

Only redeeming quality is that the food was good.

UPDATE: I have recently given this location another chance, mainly because the kids love their pizza. I visited in both June and July of 2017, and I was impressed. It appears that management did some updating to the location, and gone were the apathetic and clueless employees they had before. The service was fast, friendly and the food was delicious.

This store has made a complete turnaround under the new management. We almost stopped going there entirely after several awful experiences (super long waits, rude staff, terrible quality), but returned reluctantly after we received a gift card. As we were waiting to order, the new manager/owner walked in, asked us what we were waiting for, took our order, and made sure that we got it in a timely fashion.
