Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

Today I stop by at the DQ on Packard st towards the end of my shift to try the New Crunch cookie parfait. I was charged $10 for the Crunch Parfait. I ask why it cost so much? The guy said because it's different from the others Parfaits that thwy sell. I ask for extra oreos which should of been a 80 cent upcharge. So I got back in my truck because it still didn't seem right and I called other Dairy Queens to ask what the general price for the New Parfait they said around $6. I called same DQ I just left and ask to speak to a manager, the same guy who charge me $10 dollars for the Parfait pick up the phone when i ask to speak to a manager and said he was the manager told me he makes the prices, he really don't know what to charge for the new Parfait and that they only get a low serving of the Parfait. The excuse he gave was bull shit and I hope you guys don't pay the price he just giving out. Who know how long he been doing this and OVER CHARGING others. Will...

Today was my second visit this year and it was just as disappointing as the first. My favorite order is a blizzard with extra mint and extra Oreo, lightly blended. Since my order has special requests, I always leave a tip upfront. Apparently at this location extra mint means one drop of mint, extra Oreo means less than the normal amount of Oreo, lightly blended means blend it until it’s a milkshake, and ordering a blizzard means they don’t even fill up the cup. I guess shame on me for trying again, but if you can’t make a customer’s order correct after two visits, don’t expect future patronage let...

I have been coming here every week for two months and ordered “2 medium strawberry shakes” with no problems. The girls I dealt with in the past does an excellent job. Tonight Wednesday none of them were working. I was confronted with three teenagers behind the windows. Gave the teenage boy my $12 and the rest was tips. He gave me wrong size and I told him wrong. I watched as he poured two small shakes in a medium cup and made the other fresh. But both were watery. He didn’t like it I told him do it over.
