First the good things, warm welcome and nice interaction fro the customer service. Coming to why I will not visit this place again, I asked the person at the counter about the promotions, we were given a brochure. The deal we found was two large Pizza's, two toppings each $10.99. We ordered it. Later, we found there is something written behind us on a wall, that says manager special for $9.99 with 5 toppings. I asked the guy about Veggie Pizza, he says, I cannot get it in my current deal. There is no mention about it. Meanwhile a gentleman came in and he order a large Pizza, he got a price of $7.99. I don't know how? While collecting, I asked the guy about parity in price, he seems to be the manager. He says, I have to ask for correct name like manager special, online special etc. So before going in please learn the language of Domino's. At the counter, they will not tell you. I overlooked the writing on wall. I agree, online people might not tell you, but at counter, he should have suggested. Further I ordered for boneless chicken, I got wings. After leaving a tip while ordering, I felt I was cheated and I have a bad feeling about this place. Not a...
Read moreMy husband ordered online- an XL 4 item pizza- and sent me to pick it up. As I was picking it up they had a coupon for a L 5 item pizza for $9.99. When the bill came in tallied at $34- for a $6 salad and the XL Pizza I said something to the person ringing me up. I told him that my $28 dollar XL pizza was ridiculous considering that I was starring at a coupon for a $9.99 Large with one more item than what I purchased. Not only couldn't I impress upon him the ludicrous mark-up of $18 for one size pizza with less ingredients, I also called in to a manager named Lindsay when I got home who was equally less helpful. This was a bad user experience top to bottom and with the pizza competition in town I would urge others to consider ordering from a company that lets you know what the specials are up front instead of counting on the $18 markup for a one size increase...
Read moreWe ordered online and drove over to pickup the pizza. When we returned home we discovered that the pizza was made incorrectly (had black olives instead of onions). We called the store and had to listen to 30 seconds of ads before a human responded. We explained that our pizza was made incorrectly. We were told we could have the cost credited or pickup another pizza. Some choice! Don't eat or drive back to the store in traffic again. So we drove back, returned the untouched incorrect pizza and got our replacement. Other than, "Sorry about that" we were offered nothing. No discount, no free pizza, nothing,, just drive on home, AGAIN. At least the 2nd effort...
