This McDonaldâs doesnât even deserve one star. They took 36 minutes to get my take out order done. There was a line of people waiting for theirs also. What a complete joke. If you canât handle the amount of people then you guys need to limit orders just to drive thru only or shut down for the day.
Gave this McDonalds another try 5 months after my last review and without fail they completely screwed my order up again and showed their incompetent ways. I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal and when I get up to the pick up window all they gave me was a Diet Coke. I look at my receipt and somehow from the time it was on the drive through screen to the point of paying that part got taken out. I go inside a couple minutes before the switch over time for lunch and they refuse to make the sandwich and the hash brown and let me pay for it because it was âtoo close to lunchâ. The workers here are completely incompetent. This McDonalds should be avoided completely. Iâll never bother with this place again.
I gave them one more try today several months later again with the most simple order by just ordering an iced vanilla latte and they completely screwed it up again. Their machine was down but instead of saying they canât make it and give me a refund they took the same cup they would use for it and gave me an iced coffee and tried to pass it off and say it was an iced latte like I was an idiot. If I wanted an iced coffee I would have ordered one at the much cheaper price and get the bigger cup thatâs used but thatâs not what I wanted. The employees here are the absolute worst people I have ever come across in my life for any business Iâve been to. I wouldnât be surprised if someone burns that McDonaldâs to the ground one day. The employees will be at least out of a job sitting at home collecting their welfare away from the rest of functioning society. Just absolutely terrible...

Most recent update: everything seemed pretty good until they gave my order to the car in front of me and then I had to wait an extra 5 minutes. Been about 2 years since I went here last. Better than I expected but still plenty worse than it should be.

I stuttered while placing an order because I was interrupted and mocked multiple times by an employee. Disaster of a manager defends rude employee while the employee laughs in the background. Neither of these fools should be employed. Unbelievable. I've tolerated a lot from this place. This is the last time. Garbage food. Garbage staff. This location is a complete failure. It's a truly shameful place.
I've been previously yelled at for not riding the bumper of the person in front of me.
I've been ignored in line for over 5 minutes as other vehicles are served in the other lane.
I've witnessed supervisors loudly complaining about and mocking customers in front of other customers.
I've heard WHAT being yelled over the intercom at customers multiple times when those customers were speaking loud enough to be heard in my own vehicle.
I've been blatantly argued with over what I ordered on the intercom.
I've watched employees mocking their supervisor and intentionally working slow. "Yelling won't make me go faster," they say.
I've been told no for asking for ketchup even after I pointed out the visible box of packets behind the counter. Really?
On the bright side, my daughter has only gotten food poisoning from here once.

I've been here about a dozen times in the last couple years and I have yet to get an order in less than 5 minutes. About half of my visits it has taken over 10 minutes to get my food from the time I order. Yesterday I went there before work and as I walked in the manager was hanging out outside talking to a buddy in the parking lot just shooting the breeze. I figured maybe they aren't busy this time since the manager had time to socialize. I walked in and there was only one cashier with 4 people waiting for food and 3 in line in front of me. After waiting 4 minutes just to take only one customer's order I walked out. I'm done giving this location a chance. The worst part is that often times the cashier will stand there waiting for the food to come out of the kitchen doing nothing for sometimes minutes while they could be taking orders from the people standing in line. Also, a few months ago I went a few times over the course of at least a month and every time the frappuccino machine wasn't working. Really? This location surely makes a lot of money and it takes over a month to fix a trap machine? It just seems every time like there is no system/organization for taking care of customers efficiently. It's obvious too that nobody seems to care including the manager. Believe me, I've had more than enough time to watch them while waiting far too long...
