Highly disappointing. We get No Thai in our office around once a week at minimum. Today we sent a coworker in to grab food for a few of us as carry out and bring it back to the office since we had a pretty busy day ahead. No Thai failed to give us the full order, we were missing my entire meal when my coworker got back. No Thai still charged my credit card for this meal and told us they would be unable to refund us. No Thai told us that we would have to come back to the restaurant to get a refund or to get the food that they had miss packaged in the first place. Terrible customer service. I now have no lunch and paid for a meal I did not receive. I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service provided. I am also without lunch today now, as none of us have time to run back across town to the restaurant. So I paid for a meal I will never receive. After talking to multiple employees, being put on hold several times, and speaking to a "manager" they have refused to give a refund or provide a fair alternative. As far as Thai food goes, it's far from the most flavorful (a real shame for a cuisine that is rich in flavor). About the only real flavor they cultivated well was sweetness. I didn't get the many other notes I'm used to getting with Thai food.

The shrimp was actually cooked well and not overcooked! That never happens, so kudos. Also props for the blazing speed. Definitely fit right in with my right schedule.

But in would have much rather paid $8 for this meal instead of what it ended up costing. Good Pad Thai doesn't leave me analyzing the marginal utility of my meal 😂

I was excited for their cheesesteak wontons, but I unfortunately learned that it's the same as a hot pocket for a lot more money.
