Wendy's — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

Wendy's is always a pleasantly affordable option. It is slightly unusual that their burger patties are shaped like squares, but once you have adapted to that, they have a delightful, constantly expanding menu, which also includes the affordable classics such as the great frosty, (Fun Fact: you can mix up the chocoate and vanilla upon request)

Like every fast food restaursnt on the face of the earth, they must want you out relatively quickly because it is FREEZING inside, year round. I guess that is how they control the chit-chat though. Wendys seating options are unique and somehow, consequently pleasant, they vary by location, but you will know you are not at Burgerking. The cleanliness of this location is certainly something that could be improved, however I typically visit on weekends when more people seem to dine in amd more children seem to believe it is acceptable behavior to launch their food across the restaurant, not that anyone is reprimanding them, though (The upcoming rugrats generation)... The restroom is so heinous I cannot bear to think about it and food within the same week, you are better odf purchasing a camping toilet and setting up outside. Those are the only downfalls though.

The guy behind the counter was extremely rude, even called me a liar in front of his manager when I was telling the truth of him adding the new fries with old fries that were extremely hard and probably sitting there for 3 hours. It all started when I took my fries back to ask for hot fries because they were cold. I had went to give him the fries that were cold and he rudely told me to throw them away myself so I tossed them on the counter. He continued to give me attitude so I asked for the manager and that is when he called me a liar. After returning to my table, I saw that 1 of my fries was burnt to a crisp an extremely old and took it up to the manager to show him as proof that I was telling the truth. If that wasn't enough, my 10 year old daughter told me to touch her fry which was very cold and raw so I took it backup to the manager and showed him that there were raw fries given out as well. The manager asked if I wanted a frosty for all of this and I told him no. I would seriously avoid going to this location unless you want to get sick over the food or deal with the drama of an unkept location. By the way, all this happened in front of my 5 year old daughter in my 10 year...

Barry is the man, slaying at the drive thru window Spring of 2025. I can't get enough Wendy's, service and food is always good here guys. Thank you Wendy's and staff, so very much for being there to serve me when I need you the most; I will be continuing to rely on this Wendy's. Great place to eat, the food is worth coming back for.
