Tiffany's Bakery — Restaurant in Annandale

This bakery was our go to place for anything that involves cakes for home or office but not any more. I went there this week to get individual cake slices for my office colleagues and asked the lady that helped me to put the cake slices in individual boxes. We didn't want to worry about cutting a cake in the office during the pandemic. The lady said I had to pay an extra 25 cents for the boxes per cake slice even though other people before me got cakes without having to pay extra for boxes. I went there to spend over 100 dollars and left very disappointed. Please train your staff on how to treat customers with a little respect. The worst part for me was not being asked to pay for the boxes, but her rude response while I was trying to explain that I am a repeat customer and have never paid for boxes before. I am never going back to Tiffany's Bakery in Annandale and will make sure that everyone at my work place and all of my friends...

If I could give 0 star to this bakery I will, Ordered a Tres leches Cakes, with it didn’t have any leche cakes was awful very dry 0 milk. Also I paid upon ordering a day before of picking up, when I went to pick up I went to the register and showed up the receipt to pick up, they were some people in line and one of the ladies that works they literally creamed at me saying that they were there first, and I said I’m here to pick up a cake! She didn’t say anything and ignored me completely, after when it was my turn to be help she was giving me attitude which is ridiculous they need to be polite, professional and show off at least a little bit of kindness and great customer service. All of the workers there just look like they don’t want to be there like they hate that job! If you don’t like your job find something else, but don’t go to work with that kind of attitude. Awful people...

I wish I could give them 0 start, but that is not possible. I ordered a Cake over the phone and paid for for my son’s birthday the day before his celebration, I stated over the phone what I wanted to be written in the cake and the time I will pick it up. Next day when I arrive to pick up the cake, they could not find my cake and or the received of my purchase even tho I had the proof that my bank account was charge. They made it seem like I ordered the cake at a different location and after almost one hour waiting they said I had to wait extra time for them to make the cake because they did not had any. The associate never apologized for the inconvenience this situation put me through, the cake arrived late to the birthday party and they never expressed a sincere emphatic for what they had put me through, instead they tried to blame me all the time. I will never order anything...
