Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Anoka

Just went here today with my sister she got the 6 piece chicken and I got what they would like to call a royal new York cheesecake blizzard... With the middle supposed to be fill with strawberry jamlike strawberry filling I did not even get what I asked for I got no actual cheesecake chunks and it wasn't even supposed to be blended as much as it was and all I got was basic vanilla ice cream with specks of cheesecake not even chunks like it is supposed to have and a drizzle of there strawberry topping.... I am disappointed that it wasn't better made I also went inside to order and the floors an the doors and some of the tables in the lobby were dirty like they haven't been cleaned for awhile today ... They were in the middle of cleaning the front area behind the counter.. when I was ordering food with my sister... Very unlikely I will be returning to this DairyQueen for awhile... Disappointed since I actually like DQ...

We went out of town over the weekend and on our way out saw this DQ, which a grill and chill is my favorite especially since they've closed all the ones near me. I just had to stop and seriously SO HAPPY WE DID! The customer service was spectacular. Those young men working were so friendly and speedy. The food was fresh and hot! They were so nice I had to come back on the way into town after our trip. Those men weren't there that day but another man was working and he was also so lovely and again the food was fresh and hot!! The customer service I received both times on both of my big orders was amazing and those 3 men and chefs are not getting paid enough!! What an awesome crew. I know it's not easy working in fast food but these gentlemen had great attitudes and smiles of their faces the whole time!!

We just ordered 2 chili dogs and a buster bar. The only reason for 2 stars was that the buster bar was good, the 2 chili dogs were DISGUSTING! Think of 2 overly heated and slightly crunchy buns with 2 brown hotdogs, brown outside and some pink inside and to top it off, some basic (and I mean basic) barely passable chili slop on top, no cheese whatsoever, YUCK! We threw them out at the fairgrounds. Absolutely nasty! Also, the guy taking drive thru orders needs to slow down by at least 50 mph, it’s irritating AF to have to repeat bc you don’t know if he heard you to begin with, then to go back and forth to get 2 items ordered. Also, speedy Gonzalez apparently mistakenly gave me a spoon for idk 🤷‍♀️ maybe to scoop up that mystery chili slop? Hard to say, he brought it up not me. I will never...
