This is the worst Wendy's I have EVER been to. They are close to where I work, so I end up frequenting this Wendy's more often than I would like to. A little thing here or there is no issue (forgot a straw, forgot to remove onions, etc) but when there is an issue with literally every single order I receive, it gets really annoying. Here is the outcome of my last 3 trips to this Wendy's
Visit #1 Was told to pull to the side and wait for "fresh meat". 10 minutes goes by, and I'm delivered my food. I had asked to sub the fries for Chili - and guess what? I got fries.. I know they heard me correctly because I also received the 2 sour creams that I requested.
Visit #2 I ordered a large Chili. I thought to myself, this should be easy enough. I ordered my Chili with Cheese and 2 Packets of Sour Cream. I pull around and check my meal before leaving (as I ALWAYS DO because of this locations incompetence) to find out that they gave me no sour cream, and no cheese, and just put extra onions on it (i said nothing about wanting onions). I went through a 2nd time. I said "Yes, I ordered a large Chili with cheese and 2 sour cream. I didn't get sour cream or cheese". They apologized and asked that I come back around. They had a chili waiting for me. I pull over to the side, and check again. It's the same exact thing as before - NO CHEESE AND NO SOUR CREAM. I had to go back AGAIN and tell them the exact same thing was wrong. I go around, get my food, check it, and everything is finally right, but wouldn't you know it - this time they didn't give me a spoon. Now I know you are thinking, shouldn't I have 2 spoons? No because they took the bag back the previous two times, so I never had a spoon.
Visit #3 - This one is just a minor annoyance, but per the usual, I ordered a combo, swapped fries for Chili, with 2 sour cremes. They were actually very fast this time. However, no straw, and only 1 sour cream included. So I immediately checked the receipt to see if maybe they didn't hear me, and only put in 1 sour cream. Nope, they put in 2, and I was charged for it. I would normally go around, but I am so sick and tired of this awful service that I couldn't even handle it any more. I'm never going back, it's just...
Read moreI don't know what happened to this location because they used to be great I never had a complaint at all & the people were really nice. But today I had Wendy's twice...1 because I'm fat and 2 because my kids were jealous when they got home from school. For lunch I ordered a jalapeno popper chicken salad with grilled chicken and extra dressing which I didn't get either the crispy chicken was really hard to bite through and they forgot my daughter's honey mustard and they charged me for fries that I never ordered. For dinner I placed the order through doordash for delivery and when I realized something wasn't showing up in my cart I tried to call the store it took a few tries to get them to answer and the girl was really rude and actually hung up on me and I wasn't mean to her at all. I had explained the situation and asked if they were the right location so I could try to catch the order before it was picked up, she said no but I said I'm pretty sure that they were the right location and she just hung up and it took four more tries somebody else answered I was really nice I said I'm sure you guys are busy but I just like to add something to my order I was going to give him my card number they said they couldn't add anything. When order came no surprise what we had was wrong to and honestly really terrible and tasted like really old my chicken sandwich had add-ons that I paid for that were not on it and again the chicken was so hard you couldn't even barely chew it even my cat who loves chicken wouldn't eat it. Read moreVery often. More often than not actually, they forget items that you did or didn't get charged for. Or very often they do not get custom orders correct. Example would be if you order a Dave's Double with cheese plain, the usual condiments would be on it. Or even worse it would be a single. I do not blame the service or their concentration. I think it's just a matter of employee not sticking around very long. They seem to have entirely new staff often. Perhaps the owner needs to incentivize better. Or pay salaries that are equal to say Burger King a not too far away competitor. Because obviously that BK Ramsey location seems to know what they are doing. Also the quality of the prosuce could be fresher. My salads or sandwiches often have uncrisp lettuce that seems wilted and the tomatoes seem over ripened. These are all improvements that are easily taken care of. Again I don't blame the employees. I just think they are doing their best given what they have to work with. Despite that they seem to do their best to make customers happy. And they really hustle considering they serve fresh unfrozen beef. I believe the owners can really turn it around.
