I spent almost $60 today and the service was terrible. First the girl at the cash register didn't even catch my email for rewards, second she didn't pack my pastries for me in the paper bag, and the 2 upside down Halo halo drinks I ordered just sat on the counter. I was staring at them but not sure if they were mine until my name was called. Aside from the terrible service, the deserts and drinks I ordered were okay, it was something new . It's not authentic to what I'm used to being filipino but it was different. Also it's a little too pricey for what it is that their selling. I think that everything is probably 2-3 dollars too high but during these times it's too common everywhere. Overall it was okay, was trying it out, business is tough but cause of the service I experienced and the price point, I probably wouldn't visit this place again. As a review for what I ordered, the upside down milkshake and the ube butter bar were good, but the pop tart and flan ube cupcake were bland. It's really hard to find good filipino places for food and drinks, but when you do find them, ...
Read moreIf you love Ube this is your spot. They’ve got blended drinks and pastry items. Ube halo halo, Ube cheesecake, Ube Butter Bar, Ube Tres Leches and more! So bring it my first time I tried each dessert. I loved everything. Even though all items were Ube themed, you can still distinguish each dessert separately. My favorite of all I think is the Ube Crack Cheesecake. I love the richness is balance with the almond topping, I think it goes well together. And the size is perfect.
Price: I think they priced the items well considering the size. It’s not too pricey.
Ambiance: it cute! It’s not too big. Love toy collection decor (though I thought they were for sale, but it’s not)!
The line: there were only three people ahead of me but it was still a bit of wait. I was surprised considering how many people were working there. But, I think it was because people were ordering a lot. I only noticed on register as well. But overall experience was good!...

I ordered an Ube Monster WITH boba and they “forgot” the boba. I called them out and the lady just dumped the drink into a new cup with boba. It totally messed up the appearance of the drink and mixed all the toppings together as you can see in the picture. There was also like a quarter cup left from the old cup since the boba takes up space in the new cup and she just threw it away. What a waste. Also pouring the drink into the new cup spilled the drink all over the edges of the new cup so when the lady gave me my drink back, the cup was all sticky and gross. Terrible service. To top things off, the straw they gave me was broken and cut my lips. This stupid drink cost me nearly $11 and didn’t even taste good. Boba costs $1.05. Other places are only $0.5.
