I was returning several items, I had purchased last week. I didn't feel like try on items my first visit, and wanted to do some exchanging. I let them know my plan when I arrived and a young lady told me to go head and pick out what I wanted for exchange and then I would have to get online for my turn, which I took as completely fare. (She didn't ask to keep my bag, which always makes me feel they assume I'm gonna steal something.) During my shopping, I noticed that several items I had purchased last week, that I was keeping was on sale for a larger discount. Once I had completed my shopping I jumped in line, when I was the next in line, the young lady asked me to wait a moment so she could sanitize the counter before I stepped up. When she was ready, I stepped up and explained about my exchange and showed my receipt. She smiled and said she could help me with that. While she was ringing up my purchase, I asked about the items I saw that cost less now, than when I purchased and she said she would help me, but she wasnt sure of the procedure so she called for a supervisor. he came right up. We explained my question, and he said I know exactly what you mean we allow this always up to 2 weeks after a purchase. They have a procedure in the register all they have to do is scan the receipt and boom! It figures out your dollar amount for all the items on receipt, and instantly refunds it back. I got back $32.00. On several items I didn't even see. Old Navy wasnt one of my go to stores before. But it is defently in my top 10 stores from now on. Thank you to the team yesterday. your attitude was the best, I have had in a...
Read moreLovely place with both casual and seasonal clothing. It's interesting that they carried the cute small umbrellas for the rainy season and for the upcoming summer. It's time for shorts and shirts. They have a fitting room, in case you need to, and there's a restroom that's locked (need to ask the staff). The clearance section had good finds, the clothes fit smaller sized adults like 5'4" and below. The coats were on sale. I got a good look at their slippers, the flip flops for the beach or for the house, and they had all sorts of nice colors. The price check was very useful as it showed the discounted price right away. The kids area had a small place to play, the hopscotch area, and a large chewing gum vending machine that draws your eyes into this cute and rare picture spot that asks for quarters. There's also a babies section after the kids section. For the women's area, they had a pants section I was surprised to see different names and several types. They also had summer dresses on display. Near the cashier area was the make-up stuff, drinks, and snacks. The place is bright and wide enough to shop...
Read moreMy mom went in this morning and did some sale shopping, she realized the cashier was over charging her on various items so she proceeds to tell her, the cashier in a rude manner tells her that she has to wait until she is done with the whole line ( a long line btw), my mom asks why if it was a mistake she made, she then asks to talk to the manager and the manager was also super rude and said that she had to wait until the line was done, the manager also made a very offensive comment saying “ oh you want everything cheaper than what it is” very rudely and my mom answers “no it’s marked down at that price all I want is for you to match what your tags say. The employee said that the manager will help my mom but the manager did not want to help and left, and in order for my mom to get her refund on what she was over charged she had to wait until the line was done.. it’s really sad to see old navy have this type of manager and employee working, my mom is a regular old navy customer and even has her own...
